  1. I wonder if Bobby is done with TT.
  2. He has good instincts. His timing on the Blitz is nice, he closes on the ball really well. We saw him close on the interception and that endzone PB this week. Good stuff.
  3. Greg Bedard "can we talk about for a second Stephon Gilmore getting shoved down on one switch route and then sort of just staying on the ground for an extra 3 or 4 seconds on his knees just watching the play, not getting up, chasing down the field til way after, ehhhhhh that was a little Buffaloish!!!" Bahahaha Gilmore
  4. Instead of paying attention to the media he should be reading "calling audibles for dummies" "how to run a two minute drill" and my favorite one "QB'N with your eyes closed"
  5. If things continue as the first two weeks suggest then they made the right moves. The only position they mismanaged was RB, that depth is going to show up real soon. Getting rid of Watkins seems fine in hindsight, he isn't doing much. Don't want to hear about his elite ability, he will be lucky to land a similiar deal to Hurns. Gilmore is and always was addition by subtraction. Tre and the new secondary already have a confidence about them that has been missing for awhile. Tre also looks every bit as good as I expected. Darby is hurt and Gaines is playing as well as anyone could hope. Gaines and Matthews were both throw ins on those deals, I'm interested in which one if either is brought back. Poyer is the biggest surprise. He is running around out there like Happy Gilmore. Hyde has been solid but certainly over shadowed by the ex Brownie. No one wants to hear about a tank but if the Bills ended up with a top 1-3 pick and landed the right QB without trading away all those picks they would have a good core to surround him with. That would also mean they have the picks needed to bolster the Oline and other needy positions. They also played the Taylor situation correctly, he has been diminished to a place holder. His presence is keeping the Bills from presenting the new coach and GM as laughing stocks and fans/media can see the attention to detail and the culture change that is underway. Personnel wise things could shake out well, really well if they continue to lose. Either way McD and Beane will be getting some high praise oif the team remains disciplined and the accumulated picks inch closer as they approach draft day.
  6. Follow the money trail. I said it before we even lost to the Panthers. They will lose in Carolina then beat Denver. Spread opened at 2 lol...just trust me Denver will be sleep walking on Sunday and the Bills win. Vegas always knows.
  7. I had the season starting W L W. Broncos are ripe for a let down after that big win. What better time than traveling across the country and playing a one dimensional Bills team. They show up flat and the Siemen comes down to earth. Bills win this game.
  8. You forgot the headset!
  9. Haha I said all those things before he was drafted...
  10. It's gambling, nothing is as easy as it seems. After the Broncos rolled the Cowboys and play an obviously limited Bills team the line opens so low. I'd stay away from this one. This is just like that Steelers spread last week. Spreads that stand out often up end badly when you take the obvious. Denver is getting some clout as being a top team and they are only giving -2, -3? Yuck.
  11. Sammy was last seen holding Josh Norman's pocket walking around the Redskins locker room.
  12. Out of his mind! Taylor better drink a red bull before the game Sunday.
  13. Jalen Strong just got cut from the Texans. He can play, I have been saying his name for two years. Luck out for Sunday. Vic Beasley out for a month with a hammy.
  14. Just put it out there for accruacy's sake. A few more games like that in LA from Watkins and he would be lucky to land a contract similar to Allen Hurns's deal. I asked a question in another thread, which I wish I had the answer for. Has TT had a better than average game when playing against a top tier run defense? If/when teams eliminate TT and Shady's running threat the offensive stalls out. I don't care who is running go routes, the QB is the problem.
  15. Gurley 8 catches Watkins and Cupp both have 7.
  16. Well Vic Beasley is out for a month with a hammy, that could be a big help for the Falcons game coming up.
  17. I think we all agree on that, I just don't remember it making much of a difference when they did have one with TT. Any good run defense gives the Bills fits. This game played out like the Ravens game last year. The running game and duel threat of TT works against lesser defenses. Anyone remember a game where the Bills faced an elite run D and the offense perfomed well as a unit?
  18. Did we have any vertical threats in the Ravens game last season? This reminded me of that game. I ask because I don't even remember when Watkins was in or out of the lineup, same with Goodwin.
  19. He does suck but that's a catchable ball and even with the route Zay took he needs to bring it in.
  20. The D has had two favorable match ups, a pathetic Jets team and a wounded Cam who lost his #1 target and center for the game. I'm not saying the Bills D is bad, if I had to guess they are more average than good. Two good offenses on tap, let's see where they are come week 5.
  21. I wish I was a little bit taller, I wish I was a baller...
  22. Yah I made mention of that line earlier in the week. That was the trap of the week.
  23. I'm not sure how much value those picks have, any team trading with the Bills is going to want future Bills picks. A late first round KC pick isn't going to move the needle in a trade
