He must have talked himself into the lineup. That totally sucks. Everything being said about his camp and offseason was encouraging.

Allen is tallish for a QB maybe Redmond had a few low snaps during practice and was over compensating? Trying to make sense of it, no way you make it to the NFL if you're doing that consistently.

Not that I noticed. I think you nailed it, I saw the same thing. The shotgun snaps floated in the air and Allen had to reach forward and snatch it, it didn’t look right.

It’s an easy thing to say when Peterman and AJM play lights out. Folks will be singing a different tune as soon as those two show how “average” they really are. It almost sucks that both played so well tonight because seeing Allen with the 1’s or 2’s would give us more insight and that’s not going to happen next week. Allen needs to improve each week, he was patient in the pocket but things need to develop faster. Tough to tell if that was him, the WRs or both. Foster did himself no favors nor his QB. If you want to make the team you have to lay out for that ball, instead he throws up the mitts in a half baked attempt.

Chargers will miss some important field goals or have half their roster hit IR by week 6. I think Denver is going to surprise people. I’m not super excited about their coach but I like the rest of the pieces in place.

Lots of talk about Landry, lots of Landry talking. He is too into himself for my taste but you can’t question the guys heart and determination. He is a guy you can win with. His attitude against the Patriots is part of the reason for the Fish giving the Pats a fight. Landry won’t back down, and he doesn’t go in and expect an L.

I agree Gunner. I didn’t want to quote your entire post. Holmes is a lock if he is healthy. I think the new kickoff rules will be a mess and a proven gunner has value. Heck, I wish the Bills had a good KR. I think they would have value later in the season when kicking it through the end zone isn’t so simple.

QBs and WRs alike. How many scrub WR have we seen tear up third string DBs and end up being fan favorites. They flame out shortly after. I expect to hear Reilly’s name endlessly until he is cut or put on PS starting tomorrow.
