    He has a good 3 yrs left in the tank at top shelf. AT LEAST 2. They've been keeping his workload light and its working for him and us.

    Right they didnt blow it up. They realized the HC was not a good fit, got rid of Philbin hired a new HC and kept moving forward and they were further away than us. A re-build would have made them pawn of Tanney, Jones, etc... They made it to the playoffs and beat us twice. Didnt blow it up just changed the coaching.

    So we bring in a new O-Line Coach, RB Coach, does that mean were getting a new QB coach too? That would only be logical right??

    This....but we still arent 100% we are going into the dreaded re-build mode. Our Offense in 2015 n 2016 were top 10 in scoring. I dont think you should destroy without fully cleaning house and they didnt really do that. So maybe their just getting a shape up and not a full hair cut

    "maxed out" hardly. Only started 2 seasons with 2 different OCs and the 2nd season was spent throwing to his 4th 5th and 6th WR options who he never got time to develop rhythm and chemistry with in TC

    Nice. Simian had Demaryius Thomas, Emmanual Sanders Tyrod had Walt Powell and Goodwin. Tyrod had a great RB.....Simian had a top 5 defense.... That argument is washed. Get the mop.
