I was pissed we let Hogan go. He was always open and when he didnt have a wrist injury he was catching everything. Than after we let Hogan walk we dont bring anyone in as good, I thought it might have been political. Yes there are politics in sports. This. I dont get why this is so hard. Right. I would imagine coaches look at a roster before they sign off. "Can I win with these guys?" "If I have to rebuild is there enough young talent there to build a winner in the time Ive been given?" QB has to be one of the 1st things they look at.

Yeah it would be a good example if Ragland never plays again but thats not true in the long term. Ragland will produce for us the next 2-3 years. Gonna be a decent to good MLB. Some of the prospects people draft are great athletes that can play football. Theres a difference. See: Jets 1st round 2016 pick Darron lee. Being that Ive actually seen Ragland play Im not gonna put limitations on him yet, Its gonna be fun to watch how he does this season.

Says who? Dont limit a man you dont know. Especially when im pretty sure you are not a QB coach or football coach on peewee level for that matter. Sometimes QBs take more time to develop. This guy has only started 2 years. And dont give me **** about his years riding the pine. All he learned there was how to run the scout team. Things are totally different when the lights are on and live bullets are flying.

Cockrell works much better in zone coverage and when Rex brought his scheme here, it was very man coverage oriented so he didnt have the same value to the Bills 2015/16 team. He went to a team that runs mostly zone and is excelling there. That isnt hard to understand when you have this info tho, not everyone does.

Things like this, and the championship game are why I highly doubt Watson falls to us at 10. With all the missing pieces on our roster, I dont see us trading the farm for him either.

QB Coach is the guy going through the film with the quarterback and showing him what he missed, what he should do in that situation next time, asks him what was going through his mind on that play, etc.... Its basically an OC but strickly for the QB, some work on mechanics if they see a weakness in a players game. They run the QB drills in practice, etc. IDK why people dont understand this. Youve never played peewee football? you got a guy that teaches the basics of a position, runs the drills to work on skills, and goes through their piece in that weeks gameplan.
