  1. So the success of a season is based on a Week 17 game huh? Cool story...
  2. You guys are comparing a front office who kept the playoff drought to a front office who ended the drought... Think about that...
  3. This seems like a rushed post... The choices are very weird (why is McCoy on there and what do you mean by UDFA? What position does the UDFA play? Etc.) You spelled Allen wrong...
  4. Never said that... being from the city, that was a phrase used when you did things dumb things... you wanna fight or something?
  5. I sure as hell did... Plus, if Allen did something dumb he would be asked, "Stop acting dumb. Were you raised on a farm or something?" "Why yes, yes I was"...
  6. I agree with building the line 100% but not for Allen (I'm hoping he sits this year out) but for whoever wins the QB competition between AJ and Nate. We lost Incognito and Woods... I have faith in Groy and Dawkins but that's where my faith ends... Other 3 linemen are just depth guys imo... I know sitting a 1st round (top ten) pick isn't an ideal situation but I say let the kid experience the stress of traveling all across the country, the big lights, interviews and crowd noise from the sidelines to better be able to handle it next year... The Pats didn't play Brady (I know he wasn't a 1st round pick) and he ended up playing for 56 years straight n still going (that bastard) because he rarely gets hit.
  7. I'm glad you noticed that... there was a 50/50 chance that the smile on the dildo could have been facing the turf but it was perfectly executed.
  8. The question is, how drunk are we talking? If it's jumping on tables drunk, then they don't count. But dildo throwing drunks will be tough to surpass... Those are the best thinkers in this league.
  9. How is the Jets making the trade to 3 considered a "one up" on us? We don't know who they will draft and we don't know if the player they draft will even succeed. They basically have 1 pick in the entire draft that's worth anything and if that draft pick doesn't pan out, this will be a bust draft as a whole.
  10. If Beane could package our 6th round pick, our 5th round pick and our 4th round pick for an early 3rd, we would have two 1sts, two 2nds and three 3rds. If he then traded the 22nd pick for a 1st next year and a 3rd this year, it would give us 1 less in the 1st round and another 3rd this year. That's 7 picks in the 1st three rounds and a high chance of having all of them contributing and starting THIS year... That would build a solid team and we would still have two 1st round picks next year. Just a thought... Im hungry though. I havent had breakfast yet so maybe my mind is just not there yet...
  11. I dont think 22 and 65 would be good enough to move to 13 or 14. It would take more imo.
  12. It still happened though. A backup QB went in to the spotlight in one of sports most watched events and lit it up. Once in a lifetime or not, he showed up and delivered. My question is, why and how you would think ONE person (you said Rosen with Jets) can lead them to the top of the AFC East? Does he not have 10 other players on the field with him? Is he not a rookie learning a new system? Do they have a HOF coach at the helm? I mean seriously man. Even if Rosen turned out to be a HOFer, you think he can do it on his own? The Jets basically have no solid picks this year except for their 1st. They are NOT just a QB away from beating the Pats in the division. Let's get real.
  13. Last i heard, a backup QB won the SB... It's all about building a great "team" and so far this offseason, Beane has done a terrific job at managing the cap, filling in roster spots at position of need and acquiring draft picks to even add more pieces to the roster. I'm putting my trust in Beane til he proves he's not capable at his job and this is NOT the case with Beane currently.
  14. Why? There's still time for Beane to make moves... There's still a realistic chance that Beane will move to #2 and you won't be depressed anymore. But if that DOESN'T happen, you still have an exciting season to look forward to. New OC, New QB, much better defense (in my opinion with all the new additions + 2nd year in the same system).
  15. Thanks for that. From the little that I've read about the QBs this year, I'm going with a Rosen or forget about QB way of thinking. I think if we figure a way that makes sense to get Rosen, I'm cool with it. But if he's off the board when we pick (wherever that may be come draft day), i think we should draft a potential stud at 12 at whatever position we have need in, trade down from 22 to get a 1st rounder in next years draft and then take a shot at whatever QB is left with our 1st pick in the 2nd round just so we don't miss out on a QB that MIGHT turn out to be great in the future.
  16. I'm one of those who does ZERO research on college football to have any idea on which QB fits best as a Bill. I just read comments here from you guys and go with the majority vote. So here's my question: After the move the Jets made and if the Giants plan on taking a QB, do you think maybe shopping our 22nd pick this year for a 1st round pick in next years' draft would be a good idea? That way we can hopefully land a stud this year in whatever position and just see how McCarron fairs with all the ammunition he'll have with our current roster and our final roster postdraft. What you think? We made the playoffs with Tyrod throwing for 150 yards a game on average. Are you guys really sold on this years QB class? (Serious question) Does next years QB class seem better? (Another serious question)
  17. Same here... Also love his locker room interviews... He answers every question as honest as I've ever seen (McCoy by far is my favorite when it comes to press conferences) rather than give a typical coached answer to the media.
  18. Well we know it can only be 1 of 4 reasons how he got her. 1. Big shlong 2. Money 3. Great personality 4. Haitian voodoo
  19. I agree, since our 1st round pick in 2019 will be the 32nd pick, this makes sense...
  20. Is he better than what we currently have? The answer is yes n that's all we need to care about...
