The Patriots do match up well against Buffalo...on paper. All it's going to take to open up the Buffalo pass game is to hit some big throws and get a lead. Then the Patriots plan to pound the rock goes out the window like it did against the 49ers. The Patriots lost to Denver too. Buffalo does need to stop that Patriots run game and short pass game which is like an elongated handoff. Tom Brady was excellent at running that form of WCO in just moving the chains play after play till they hit the red zone. Buffalo can also do that and perhaps even better because they have Beasley, Diggs, Brown, Davis. One stat that stands out is that the Patriots receivers have a 13% percentage of getting separation which is the very worst in the NFL. Again, all I see is NE running and throwing shorts, dump offs to the backs. They literally have nothing else. Cam Newton was horrid throwing against the 49ers, a 39.7 rating. He still might be suffering from the after effects of Covid -19. If the Bills coaches get it right it should be a win and McD's first against this hated rival.

I read an article from ESPN that noted that some "elite" athletes who contact Covid-19 are sometimes no longer the elite players they once were afterwards. I wonder if this happened to Cam Newton and possibly Gilmore. We will see. In any event, I think Diggs is so good that he can get the better of Gilmore! John Brown will be back, Gabe Davis and Ole Bill will probably try to focus on Cole Beasely and attempt to take him away. If the Bills can get their offense back from the first four weeks they might be able to put that wooden stake right where it belongs.

Most likely true. Although, it is incredibly difficult to go 0-16 nowadays. The ball bounces their way one game and they could win it. The Jets face the 6-1 Chiefs, 2-4 Patriots, 2-4 Chargers, 3-3 Dolphins, 3-3 Raiders, 5-1 Seahawks, 5-2 Rams, 5-2 Browns, 2-4 Patriots. All it would take is for Ole Bill to lose to the Jets 2x and they are equal. The Texans, the Jags, the Giants, the Falcons, the Vikings are all one win teams atm. Gonna be interesting to see what happens on Sunday.

For McD to ever have any relevance in this division he must beat Belicheat and a sweep would be even better. And if there were ever a time to beat the Patriots, it would be now. My take is... They have to actually call a run play before the first half ends... Like this last game they finally got Cole Beasley involved before the second half...which they didn't do the previous two games. Cole the Jets game, 12 targets, 11 catches for 112 yards. I realize that part of this is on Josh as he doesn't like going to the check down. But ya know if that's what the defense is giving you, you take it all day long.
