  1. If the Giants don't release him, John Mara is showing the world that he's a liar as well as a coward. If nobody disciplines him before this weekend, the Rams should designate a man on the return unit to just cannonball his knees. The prick.
  2. I work for them. Part of the USA TODAY Sports Media Group. I guess that makes me part of "the media" that people generalise about so much.
  3. None of this cautious optimism for me anymore. We beat the holy !@#$ out of this sorry bunch. 38-13.
  4. I don't know. I know we have a UK Bills Backers site and there's the NFLUK forums.
  5. Finally, a receiver slower than O'Leary!
  6. He's had a few snaps at SAM linebacker for the past few weeks. Nothing new, interesting though.
  7. A version of the Exocet sunk the HMS Sheffield in the Falklands. Me using it as a compliment is practically treason.
  8. A French anti-ship missile.
  9. Darren Sharper got a Hall of Fame nomination. I really don't think they'll care about deflated balls.
  10. With all the Bills Wire stuff I've been doing, I've honestly not watched much college football this year. Outside of Draft Breakdown, I've watched like 5 full games and two of those have been App State/ULL & Arkansas St/Georgia Southern Jamal Adams from 2015 tape, dude is an Exocet. Really hard hitter, looked to be a better form tackler than Joseph. Hooker, I've not seen yet. I would advise you to take a look at Justin Evans of Texas A&M, he's definitely caught my eye a couple of times this year watching other players. Early thoughts are that he could be the next Calvin Pryor for Rex.
  11. The eggplant emoji is entirely appropriate here. Rankins is a bona fide superstar in the making.
  12. I never saw Peppers in college but the athletic comparison seems like a really sound one. Garrett is a touch shorter/lighter but from a weight density standpoint, it'll level out. The great thing about a freak like that, they can last for a long time with the right mindset. Peppers had a 10.5 sack season at 35. Myles only turns 21 just before the New Year, he's got the potential to be at a high level for a dozen years or more.
  13. My pants are off and I'm ready for this!!
  14. He's as well-rounded an edge prospect as I've watched. Granted, that's not going back far but he's scary good. I've seen a couple of people throw out Julius Peppers as a comparison.
  15. Sunday - Watch the Bills (maybe Red Zone after that) Monday - Offense re-watch Tuesday - Defense re-watch (with All-22) Wednesday/Thursday - Scouting next opponent Friday - Possibly watch the TNF game on GamePass Saturday - CFB if time allows, typically an SEC game. Plus regular trips to Draft Breakdown during the week and this place; the bane of my existence
  16. Having seen the All-22, I absolutely subscribe to the train of thought that Darby !@#$ed up. As Bandit said, everyone else had a man assignment.
  17. I can only imagine they attributed the missed assignment that led to the fumble on him. Having seen the All-22, no idea who screwed up. Even then, no way it should kill his grade that much. O'Leary got a 0.3 grade despite bullying people. I don't get it.
  18. Miller got a negative run block grade from PFF. Just as we expected
  19. There's a window to activate him that starts today and ends after Week 11. If, for some reason, he wasn't ready by then it's IR or release.
  20. Just going to put this up again - http://www.bloggingtheboys.com/2016/8/2/12346452/understanding-nfl-roster-designations-injured-reserve-pup-nfi
  21. I'm not "turning" on Darby at all, just being objective. If people are watching the All-22, they see the mistakes he's made this year. He's a decent corner but some think he's done no wrong. The disproportion of criticism is what I'm taking issue with, everything Gilmore does is under the most ridiculous spotlight yet Darby gets off for some reason. It's just stupid and people are clinging to their pre-conceived agendas without being objective. Gilmore isn't without fault. I think I've made my frustration with aspects of his game pretty clear. I pride myself on being balanced, especially now I'm getting paid to cover the team. I've given praise to guys like O'Leary and Mills, guys that I felt over the summer and through preseason had no place on an NFL roster. I can't keep going through this circus, it's killing my passion for the team.
  22. As I said earlier. I'm already looking forward to 2018 when people suddenly turn on Darby too.
  23. If Kaepernick hits that throw, it's 100% on Darby. Yet I've not seen a single thing about the kid in a negative light. The views on the corners from Bills fans is heavily weighted to things that don't particularly matter. Sure, he tackles better. I'm not paying my corners for run support though. I'm paying them to cover primarily and Gilmore's doing a better job of that this season.
