A team should support each other in their effort to win, when other things start happening . . .

I'm still not happy about it. I wouldn't exactly say that I was mad. I believe winning football games helps you win in the future and I don't think screwing with your starting QBs head helps you win either. Maybe some of the damaged caused by that is mitigated by a new coaching regime? It just seems like kind of a douche move. I don't like the idea of anyone other than the coach deciding who is going to play, I'm not sure what decisions like this do to a locker room but I doubt there's any upside to them in that regard.

It hasn't seemed like Whaley was hiring the coaches. Either way how can we really know? If he was the driving force behind all the hires it certainly is hard to see how he would still have a job. Not sure that we can conclude he wasn't the driving force behind the HC hires, but that would be my guess.

Won't we get a comp pick for him? Doesn't always seem like he wants to win. Doesn't seem like much of a loss.

Reevaluate our expectations? Maybe something like I want to watch them win some, when I watch on Sunday we win between 40% and 60%, awesome!

rb is a position i'd really like to see addressed in free agency and not in the draft. we badly need a strong #3 and 4 with how much we rush and i don't want to spend picks on it. not impressed with jonathan williams so far . . .

Lynn is under contract, if he doesn't get/take a HC job and we want him as OC how is he even interviewing for another coordinating position much less sure that he'd get one someplace else. Not sure how he wouldn't be happy with a big step forward (no longer being interim OC).
