He's Jack Nicholson's grandson, so the genes are there. I think he has improved a lot in his run blocking, and that's keeping him on the team. He doesn't catch a whole lot of football's, but when they go his way, he doesn't drop many either. Solid contributor and dependable, but it would be nice to have a gamebreaking TE, especially if we draft a new QB.
