  1. Your mistake is assuming any games are perceived as a 50/50 shot for Buffalo to win... This team = 7-9
  2. This team was dominated from kick-off... Do you truly belie the Bills players decided to throw in the towel before it began??... No. They were just dominated and had no answers to a better team. Outplayed and Outcoached. Gotta love this new buzz word though! Let's use our heads to make some real opinions! We're better than that Bills Fans!!!!
  3. Glass Half Full I'll start with saying it could be 100x worse.... If it were the Patriots had been on the schedule this past week, they would have gladly acted as the culprit in grounding us high-flying Bills Fan Optimists... So at least it was the respectable Drew Brees Led Saints. Glass Half Empty This team looks like they're about to lose they're next 3-games... (at Chargers, at KC, vs. Pats). If Tyrod doesn't have at least 2 good games during this stretch, I think Peterman gets the nod at home against the Colts. I'd be interested in seeing him start one of these games, but with the Chargers game being out of scope for his first start (per the McDermott), no way am I starting him vs Pats or KC.... What's Next (I'm asking...) Anyone who watches the All-22 know the answer to what the root to our defenses problem is? It has to be one or the other, right? I feel like understanding this should give fans some sense of what to expect going forward the rest of the year. 1 - Flawed defensive scheme (Guys are not given the tools to succeed from the time the ball is snapped)? OR 2 - Poor talent on the defense (Guys are just not good enough to execute what is being asked)?
  4. Mahomes is a backup qb that hasn't proven anything. 11 other teams also passed on Watson.
  5. I thought Tyrod looked decent when he had some time. He was under constant pressure all night that I think started to get to him, especially on one play where he scrambled a bit early while they were backed up near their endzone. I think Romo called this one out as he should have held the ball a bit longer... but that's what constant pressure will do to any qb - look at any game that Tom Brady has struggled. Early in the game it looked like two scoring drives were cut short due to unfortunate fumbles. So I disagree that 'making tyrod pass' is the blue print to beating the Bills.
  6. I couldn't make it past the 4th quarter 8min mark... but up until that point I felt that every game changing play unfortunately/unluckily when the Jets way. 1 - EASY Interception opportunity by Bills D that slipped right through our DBs hands, (3 to 7 pts off the board) 2 - Unlucky 'self-inflicted' Fumble at the end of the half that took 3pts off the board (3 pts off the board) 3 - Unfortunate facemask call that would have resulted in a 3rd and 15+ but instead Jets scored a TD on (7 pts off the board) 4 - Nick O'Leary unlucky fumble as the Bills were in field goal range. (3 to 7 points) These were all very unfortunate plays impacted points. It's also not like saying that yeah but these are 50/50 plays... they were unlucky that 9 times out of 10 should have gone in Buffalo's favor. The four plays above go Buffalo's way and I think the Bills pull this one out. But YIKES no way we overcome these 4 plays going the Jets favor with the line play last night.
  7. Uhhh yeah I'd feel the same way if I stumbled onto this forum and saw all the hate towards me.
  8. Ok I'm ready, let's kick the ball off!!!! LETS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!
  9. Ugh...! watch the patriots revolutionize the league with Kaepernick... It would be a quick reversal of the 'bad-guy' cheaters label if they gave this guy a chance and he succeeded. God I hate them so much.
  10. On a random thought, I think this week's win over Oakland was a major statement that the Bills are a force this year in the AFC. I doubt the Steelers would be cozy with the idea of seeing Martavis Bryant in the Red White and Blue come playoff time.
  11. Easily could have lost to Atl too though.
  12. Why would we expect turn-overs to 'dry up' if our defense is designed to create them, and has continued to create them with multiple injuries (and trades) to starters?
  13. Uhh... yeah he had nothing to do with stopping Bon Jovi. Let's be smart.
  14. Very ignorant choice of words from this thread title selected when considering historical use of the word 'oppression'
  15. They put him on ESPN a couple months back ONE TIME and he bombed in trying to be the 'activist' he set out to be... Seems like he realized he made a passionate decision without thinking it through and now wants to play again.
  16. ....sooo tempting to want this... just feels like that moment when you know you're about to make a poor decision but don't care. Unfortunately I would be shocked if McD wanted to take this risk, plus he's a guaranteed distraction as soon as he has 1-target game.
  17. So the previously categorized 'impressive' wins are no longer such after the Fins beat Atlanta, and Giants beat Denver... ...and Cincy could have been a lot worse if AJ Green doesn't gift us 2 turnovers. Unfortunately we are rebuilding and should expect inconsistent play the rest of the way.
  18. Some good points here... I think we get too caught up in the short term of how good/bad things are, and this applies to both offense AND defense. Everyone is in panic mode regarding our offense, and maybe we should be. These draft picks are not real players yet, and the 2017 picks were the result of Waley's scout team. So McBean still gotta prove that the process will eventually work. Our defense against Cincy got some serious breaks with AJ Green gifting two picks to us. Without those, this site could have been in full panic mode confirming that ATL was a fluke due to their top pass catchers being out. I do like our head coach. I think he will continue to develop and improve the team, but I think we need to tailor our expectations of what our offense may ever be capable of, and probably not proclaim our defense as a sustainable top-5 unit.
  19. Gives guys a better chance to get on a team and play. Someone buried in the depth chart may never get a shot, vs the entirety of practice squads being accessible by all teams.
  20. The problem is that teams will now game plan for Buffalo by shutting down the run, and keeping Tyrod contained.... From there an opposing conservative offense will eclipse the insurmountable 17pts about 50% of the time, and keep the Bills very close to .500
  21. Did you also say you would take away any and all of his top receiving targets??? I bet you're angry that clouds live in the sky....
  22. You're so right, of course!! Because it's not like there's an opposing team on the field game planning for this type of play! More nonsensical belly-aching... You must thought losing Watkins and all receiving threats would improve the offense, no? This team is clearly building for the future... But you're right, let's fire the coaching staff 5 weeks in after a 3-2 start!
  23. wah wah wah.... TT is what he is. The offense is not playing well in general, they're lacking anyone to catch the ball... so it's shocking that you're surprised that Tyrod isn't thriving in this offense.
