  1. Just for fun, what would we be looking at right now had we lost the NE game? What would we need to make the playoffs?
  2. This has Cincy losing to the Browns..
  3. He did, just not before his other foot scraped out of bounds.
  4. Levi smooth-talking the ref at the beginning lol
  5. Off the top of my head, a rex year we played them in week 5, then week 5 in 2018, and then doing Chiefs-Titans back to back the last two years weeks 5 and 6. Yep. One or two of those might be wrong
  6. Something odd I've noticed: In 2017, the Bills played at New England in week 16. In 2018, the Bills played at New England in week 16. In 2019, the Bills played at New England in week 16. In 2020, the Bills played at New England in week 16. In 2021, the Bills played at New England in week 16.
  7. The refs were literally excellent today lol. The only thing I remember that was bad didn't even hurt the pats, it was a phantom call on Taron Johnson, who had excellent coverage on the play. Allen's such a dummy that he has ragdolled your team in your building two years in a row, the first two of many. Enjoy. Have the Pats forced Allen off the field for a punt even one time in the last two non-hurricane games they've played? I don't think the Bills have punted against NE in those circumstances since 2019
  8. I'm not great at using my untrained eye to judge speed or anything, but i continue to get confused when fans and media and announcers call Stevenson fast. He legitimately looks slow returning punts to me
  9. I'm confused who people think "JAX" is. I counted the Jags. And while Pittsburgh is bad, they haven't had a losing record very much this season, where every other team I listed has had significant stretches below .500 Either way if you want me to add the Pittsburgh game, the Bills still average well over the spread, which was my original point
  10. Jacksonville's "-3" was factored into that calculation. though I did do the addition in my head at gym. So no promises it's 100% accurate Carolina D could keep things close if Allen is running for his life on a bum toe. The Bills really have no business losing this game though and if they do they deserve the meltdown that will follow
  11. I agree. The Bills' average point differential against truly bad teams this year (WSH, MIAx2, NYJ, NO, HOU, JAX) is +23.0 per game. Line should be bigger.
  12. This is not how that stat is calculated, otherwise it would be virtually meaningless and assign zero value to early season games, which count equally in the standings to late season games. If the Phins and Skins end up 9-8, it gets better, as it should
  13. The run-the-ball discussion is the most annoying to follow in Buffalo sports. When McDermott, and 90% of fans, talk about the run game, they do not mean that they want us to have a 40/60 pass/run split. They mean that we need to be able to gash the light boxes our passing game invites, to open up lanes and be able to pass better. We get light boxes and still can't get past the LOS with the ball. This topic comes on the radio every single day and goofballs at WGR rant about not wanting to be a run first team in the modern day NFL, at an incredibly simplistic level. It's so annoying. Nobody is asking us to play like the Pats did last night I want this team to be able to play in all elements next year, but it's obvious they can't this year. I'd still take the home playoff game if offered, but I can't say I'd complain if some miracle found them @ LAC, or at least on a mild Tennessee afternoon, on wild card weekend
  14. Yeah, a split can still do it, but it probably puts more pressure on the TB game than you'd like.
  15. Definitely. I love our wide receivers individually, but the YAC struggles were really apparent tonight, as well as the lack of clutch catches. I don't need them to catch all of those contested and tough plays, but make 1 or 2 and you win. A couple WRs should have been able to grab 5-10 yards after catches at one point, and instead hit the dirt like they got shot
  16. I don't blame Josh for this loss, I think he played very well given the conditions. I also don't blame him for the last two drives stalling. But I get worried when I see that we need 3 drives to win close games, maybe 4 if you count pittsburgh, late in the fourth quarter, and are 0 for 4. I get what's going on around him. We can't get just one though? I think he and the rest of the team are just a little bit weaker mentally than their opponents when their opponents are good enough to keep games close. The team is definitely weaker physically too. None of this is terminal, but it is absolutely killing their season and will keep doing so if they can't summon something.
  17. This was a passing touchdown iirc. Also, this game was over a year ago... The Isaiah play yesterday was a rushing touchdown because it was a handoff behind allen
  18. What was the count for number of drives extended or ended due to flags? Collinsworth talking about the RTP being the story, by my count that was the only time the Bills were gifted a first down after a failed 3rd down, or had a KC first down taken off the board. How many times did the opposite happen in favor of KC? It had to have been 5 or 6 times the bills stopped them on 3rd or 4th and had refs hand them the first down, or the Bills got a first down and refs took it away. Only a couple of those were legit. It is stunning that anyone could attempt to craft a narrative otherwise
  19. Someone should show him this and remind him that the Bills score >500 points last year.
  20. Lol, enjoy watching *checks notes* Kirk Cousins from your *flips page* 'autonomous zone,' buddy
  21. Late to the party, but that definitely recruits way more stabilizing muscles, which makes it harder. It's also the dumbest exercise I've ever seen and if I ran a team and saw one of my athletes doing this I'd fire their trainer for them. It's definitely dumb to imagine that a human being who isn't an NFL player could know anything about fitness, which is why we shouldn't be allowed to criticize Moreno's foray into crossfit Henry's, er, bizarre choice of exercise.
  22. He does kinda look arabic. oh noes, raysism! *faints*
  23. We've played more than that in them. Also beat the Lions and I'm pretty sure we've both won and lost to the jets in them
  24. A gimmick jersey against a historic franchise in a mammoth nationally televised game. Kim, I love ya. But come on.
