  1. O - nobody. D - DeWayne Carter is going to be a one-man wrecking crew.
  2. This is the moment when I knew we'd finally found the one:
  3. What's Brandon "Life of" Reilly up to?
  4. Congratulations again to Week 5 winner @DaBillsDaBillsDaBills! The 3-2 Bills make part 3 of the three-straight game roady down to NJ to take on the 2-3 NJ Jest on MNF. "The Robert Saleh Memorial" is going to be an all-out slugfest, with the Jest wanting to get atop the AFC East with the emotional "lift" that often happens after firing a beleaguered head coach. The Bills are massively banged up, with possibly Shakir and Cook not being able to go. That could be the death knell for the Bills, so somebody will have to step up. I'm not worried about the D missing Oliver, because DeWayne Carter was shot out of a cannon against the Texans. He should be able to feast against a decidedly mediocre Jest O-line, and a rickety slow A A Ron. So my prediction? Besides "pain", I am concerned that the Bills O just doesn't have the horses to compete with the Jest D. BUT, Clappy McDummy hasn't lost three games in a row since 2018, Josh's rookie season. We have beaten up on cupcakes, and the Jest are a cupcake. I think the Bills D does enough to keep the Bills in it until the end. I just can't see the Bills losing to this crappy Jest team on MNF. Josh finds a way, and the Bills eke out a win to go to 4-2 and take a two game lead in the AFC East. To paraphrase Roger Dorn, "Let's cut through the crap Allen, I only got one thing to say to you. CHOKE THESE MOTHER ***** OUT!": p Beews - 27 NJ Jest - 20 Past Winners Week 1 - @LabattBlue Week 2 - @BuffaloMatt Week 3 - @Rockinon Week 4 - @Virgil Week 5 - @DaBillsDaBillsDaBills
  5. Does that make Nate Hackett "Irish"?
  6. We passed on first down?
  7. You lost me at "a".
  8. Many posts in this thread use only one criteria for a challenge, whether or not the challenge will succeed. That's faulty thinking. On Cook's catch, you don't challenge that, he's clearly OB. But Reuben? You challenge that all day. Why? It's a critical play, a 3rd down catch for a first down, when we're trailing by a lot and nothing is going right. NFL referees do weird stuff all the time (this ####### thought we were playing basketball). The ball can move as long as you have both hands on it and never lose control. He never lost control. As many have said, even the announcers thought it was a catch. It was certainly worth challenging, since we're punting anyway if we lose the challenge. It was worth the risk. Sometimes you have to throw the flag, even if you don't see a replay. Unfortunately, McDummy throws the flag for 9 yard incomplete passes on first down. He needed a guy like Perry, but Perry let him down here.
  9. Featherstone!!!
  10. All the more tragic that it was wasted by Clappy McDummy.
  11. Butbutbut....wildcat....
  12. Absolutely. WWII next Monday night.
  13. I was out of town. Can't promise it won't happen again....
  14. The fact that guys were open underneath does not absolve McDummy of stupidity. Josh was clearly told to win the game, not get a 1st down.
  15. Every now and then, they could throw a scree....ah, ***** it.
  16. A walk off safety would have been so Billsy.
  17. I haven't seen this anywhere. You can accept the penalty but decline the runoff? *****in' idiot.
  18. I still don't get people defending the three straight passes there. Low percentage passes at that. No quick hitter slant or cross, pick play, etc.
  19. Not only did Clappy McDummy and Joe Brady blow the game with that asinine last series, they wasted a brilliant second half defensive effort. Two turnovers for 3 points. After giving up 17 in the first half, they gave up only 3 points in the 2nd half, until the Bills offensive brain (damaged) trust gift-wrapped the Texans a victory by giving them the GWFG. Reminiscent of the Bills Broncos in 2007, when Skeletor called a bomb on 3rd down that went incomplete, saving the Broncos a time out and allowing them to run onto the field with time expiring for the GWFG. That's right folks, we're back to drought-era level coaching. Thanks for the title change OP. Mah man.
