Looking Rosen's post, it's apparently more complicated as the rules are different when there's a 3-way tie. At least the Bills are still playing a meaningful game this week...
Something I thought about after the KC game, and now I've seen Sal C tweet it: the Bills D is much better when EJ is healthy/starting. Sal said they're 5-2 with him in the lineup. I don't think it's a coincidence, but I'm not sure what kind of impact that he would also have on the run D?
There is only one reason McD made the change: Taylor can't run the WCO effectively, and Peterman can. Tanking talk is rediculous. I also believe he could make the change this week because there is no home field advantage for LAC. There is no way he would've thrown peterman in if KC was his first start.
Ever since the Greenspan Commission raised payroll taxes in 1983, the government has used the SS surplus to fund general expenditures. To suggest people aren't paying their fair share for social programs (or any other fed expend) is historically inaccurate if you focus solely on income taxes versus ALL federal taxes. Now, in another couple years, you might have a case....
It's not much different than claiming the wealthy pay most taxes. Why did Willie Sutton rob banks?
If they lose to KC and Pats, then they need to beat Dolphins 2x and Colts to ensure at least 9 wins. The other main competitor is the Ravens who need to lose to the Pack, Lions, and Steelers to give them 8 losses. They end against Colts and Bengals.
Holy Crap! Next time I better look at TSW before responding to a post. Peterman IN! Wow!
I have to believe one reason McD is doing it is because it's not really going to be like a road game. I seriously doubt he would've thrown Peterman in if it was KC.
On D, Kyle is old, Washington is a good backup, then there are a bunch of journeymen after that at DT. That need an infusion of talent, and they have 5 picks in the first 3 frounds to start getting it done.
Two more good running teams coming up and both on the road. The saints are good, but the runD has been exposed. They will be 5-6 when the Pats hit New Era.
