Ya I can see it. And I’d be quite happy with it. Beane has done his best to add to the offensive line this offseason. Hockenson is also a tenacious run blocker. Allen needs a reliable receiving “safety blanket.” Hockenson is a very good receiver. He’d command attention over the middle and allow the outside speed to get downfield. I’m not usually for taking a TE that high but if it came to be, I’d probably pump my fist and say something totally Jay_Fixity like “nice pick, gang.”

Been a Jays fan since I was a young lad, mid 80’s. I actually sometimes come on the Brewers boards and ask how everyone is doing and how they think their squad will be doing the coming years.

I think if McCoy gets to 1000 we’re lucky. Gore, I’m sure he’ll be around the 350-400 mark. Allen, I hope he’s around 450-500 yards. I hope they take a back in the 3-5 range at the draft.

Again, what does what you’re saying have to do with the other guy wanting to draft Oliver and trade for Frank Clark? You think that offensive help can’t be had at other spots in the draft? I mean, your response is as close to abysmal as can be.
