  1. If the coaching is so great why can't they get the ball to Sammy Watkins?
  2. Yes my thoughts as well. We sold out tonight and the game sunday is more important.
  3. He was just terrible. It will of course all fall on Taylor as the QB. But, Roman did little to help him. In a word-Brutal
  4. He did make a great throw to Hogan after he was hurt
  5. Our season hinges on that. We are totally screwed if he can't go.
  6. All I could think of was we have KC in a huge game and it could be without our QB.
  7. There is no argument, they have to be able to BOTH run and pass effectively. The formation, say 11 personnel, 1 back 1 TE, and the defensive response, nickel, will play a big role in that regard. From that formation we can split Shady out and go 5 wides or motion him into the backfield and run against the nickel. Last game we went big 21 and 22 too much and Pats crowded the box and LOS
  8. LOL.Excellent! However, the Bills will win this game 24-23 on a last second field goal by Carpenter. Headline: BILLS SHOCK PATS AND REFS!
  9. Typical Shaugnessey. Is he a reporter or cheerleader. Seriously though, why are all these old sports reporters only capable of writing with a negative tone. Sal M.
  10. Would it really shock anyone if Chip went back to college at the end of this season? I mean he has full control over the football ops in Philly now.
  11. It sounds like you have made the decision already. All I can say is, when you reach the point where you need to justify everything you do, life has you confused.
  12. I wonder when you really get down to it, if this isn't the way to go. How many times have we seen penalties in the return game and get backed up another 10-15 yards. Last time I looked the Bills were one of the worst teams in average starting position vs opponents starting position. Make sure the ball doesn't roll on punts, catch it, and kickoff returns take at the 20. The only downside is you lose the ability to return for a TD. Our team shows no ability to be dangerous in this regard though.
  13. I know first hand that this is a problem in college as well. And, in more than just football. Wish people really knew what goes on in the athletic programs around the country. It is just a bunch of coaches and administrators trying to further their own careers. Some have these public personnas of wonderful people, and the boosters kiss their butts if they win. LOYALTY and concern for the players is rare.
  14. I enjoyed the article, it was well done. I had always wondered what happened to TT. Sure makes you think about how these guys get treated by the teams. I'm sure this is not isolated to the Bills. It is rampant in the NFL. I hope he is able to land on his feet doing something else. Tough to come back from.
  15. Agreed! We finally have a guy who looks like he could be something, and yet rather than realizing he needs experience to develop, some crush him instead. Jeez! another lesson in some people are never happy I guess. It's okay to point out an opinion on what he needs to work on, it's another thing to say he sucks as a lot of posters on here do.
  16. Your're right. My bad. Forgot about Denarius, maybe for good reason
  17. According to Ty Dunne he's back at practice today.
  18. Not unreasonable. I used to return punts and my coaches always said the most important thing a PR does is catch the ball. This of course means not letting it roll as well as not muffing it. Leodis has done that and it hurts. However, the PR is a game changer and he has the ability. I'd like to Watkins do it myself.
  19. No I've said it as well! That and pure randomness or luck going the Giants way. Not to hard to imagine a couple different bounces the other way and Pats have 2 more SB wins. Perfect. Article is nothing new. The LIST of why the Giants beat the Pats twice. 1. Defense 2. Eli Manning 3.Luck and Randomness 4. Tom Coughlin ....... 15. Officiating 16. Giants counter espionage program 17. Kevin Gilbride creating an offense that put up 20 pts/game and 350 yards/gm against a mediocre Pats D.
  20. For a year or two LT might have better numbers. If you could only draft one to have their career, it would be The Thurmanator easily!!!!
  21. Better now than Monday! I've done it myself and I've seen plenty of guys play well in sports ,when they are under the weather.
  22. What? trying to create some motivation for Pats huh!
  23. Great post! Simple, well stated and rational.
