  1. I think at some point, perhaps week 1, he breaks a 60-70 yarder and people see him in a different light. It is interesting how inaccurate the narrative can get. You would think he fumbled 5-10x last year, and that no other RB fumbled! I'm also willing to go on record and say he has a 150+ yard game at some point this season, perhaps sooner rather than later.
  2. I agree with everything you said! the LBs in particular were impressive.
  3. They'll need both at some point during the season. Heck Miller could be needed given the way they use their QBs at OSU.
  4. I can't figure out WR position? They all have looked good.
  5. Simms probably cleared things up as far as Cassel. I like Cierre Wood for the PS.
  6. Some pretty easy decisions: IK gone for stupidity and Brooks played his ass off and makes.
  7. If you can't back this dude, and support the team, I don't what to say. Except, you may be an EJ fan first and not a Bills fan.
  8. I'm biased but the ceiling and floor is way off for the Bills. 8-12 seems to make more sense. Also, I'm not getting all the love for the Colts. Just heard on the radio that they could likely favored in all 16 games? huh. Also, I'm not seeing the Dolphins as positively as alot of people seem to be. It always seems like the media jumps on certain teams every year and they all view them the same way, and the ones they are so sure about - well they perform just the opposite.
  9. Amateur capologist work. Lets leave it to the pros! The fact that the team is seriously considering cutting Cassel means they feel the savings is worth it. The logic seems flawed as others have pointed out.
  10. Agreed. Jeez the world is so impatient these days. The kid has some nice tools. He's not tall, but boy is he athletic.
  11. He is completely ignoring that The Bills coaching and OL last year were inept. The coaching on this staff is vastly superior, as is the talent.
  12. Best of luck to Matt Simms playing behind the backup O-line!
  13. Going with the bone now!
  14. Yes. He will be working for Scott McCloughan as HC of Washington. Unless the owner Fs things up .....Oh wait a minute he always does-my bad!
  15. I'm for EJ Manuel. The upside he potentially offers, outweighs the Cassel is perfect to throw into a game in the spur of the moment as some have stated.
  16. The block he had on Fred's run was something to behold!
  17. Thanks! Definetly worth it. IMO
  18. How much does cutting both impact our salary cap next year with the rollover?
  19. Nice work! Safe to say you are your own biggest fan.
  20. I hear you, I felt that way too. However, the current NFL cap structure doesn't allow for it. It becomes a wooden leg to carry a third QB at 4-5 million.
  21. I have been a supporter of keeping 3 QBs. But, with Fred getting cut and the guys we need to re-sign, I'm starting to think Cassel gets cut. I think we then keep a 7th receiver(Thompson or Davis), because our WRs play special teams too. Simms to PS.
  22. Good call on Thurman. As Herb Brooks stated " we're not after the best players, we're after the right ones." That is why Mulligan is here.
