    The 10-7 win over Denver in the AFC championship game in 1991 season is a possibility. Dennis Smith and Steve Atwater put on one of the most vicious assaults I've ever seen in a game. Thurman got the crap beat out of him!

    What strikes me is how many people can't seem to enjoy the moment as a fan. It seems like so many are always looking ahead and projecting. I get people being pissed off after a bad performance, but get over it and enjoy the win and still being in contention. Stop looking at it and seeing only doom and gloom because you don't THINK the winning is sustainable or we aren't the 85 Bears.

    Agree with all this 100%. Anybody ever stop and think that you need to improve as the season progresses. Not a good idea to be peaking right now. The trick is to stay in contention, improve, and be peaking at the end.

    I still say the majority of the folks saying he has NO chance are missing the fact that alot of the guys mentioned above got in well after their career was over. Don't get me wrong I don't think its happening in the next couple years. However,very surprising on a Bills board that so many seem down on Bennett. He is not the worst candidate.
