  1. I think this team is a super bowl contender with a little good luck.
  2. This seems to be what the unbiased Bills fan believes!
  3. Boo! I mean come on dude its about the Bills being succesful.
  4. Just feels so good to be validated. I was not crazy last year after all!
  5. Greg Roman is making Marrone/Hackett look like complete idiots! Anybody else think the offense may be underrated (as evidenced by how many talking heads say we have the worst QB situation in NFL).
  6. It was done for a reason. Scheduling, rivalry etc. I don't see a need to blow it up because of the reason suggested. Tweaked perhaps. How the hell do you sell a team ranked 22nd or 27th in the standing etc.?
  7. So are you saying that Cassel is starting?
  8. I'm not one to post about this subject very often, but I can't help but think this reminds me of hockey. It's old 1st line , second line etc. and who is starting the game. Just because the players a coach considers his best don't start the game doesnt mean they aren't his best players. It may not be a perfect analogy. But, someone stated earlier, Rex is doing this to stick to his word about it being a competition. It is in everyones best interest who is invested in the Bills to answer all the questions as throughly as possible. Don't get to hung up on the order of appearance, or worrying about how it makes the media look. The media doesn't care! This will all play out and the best QB will win. I am confident in saying this.
  9. LOL! thats awesome. If Cassel starts I hope the risk of out patterns being jumped by DBs is compensated for by all the Field generalship he provides. Good fun fellas!
  10. Honestly, is the risk as stated by some, really that great by not starting Cassel! If you believe he is mistake free and we cannot lose - I don't see it. Potential is never reached if it is not attempted. Risk cannot be properly assessed without consideration of the reward. IMO

  12. Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed the article. The policy of not stopping practice at every mistake will no doubt ruffle the feathers of old school types. When I was coaching hockey, I utilized much of this philosophy with my teams. It was a whopping success, and the players loved it.
  13. I love this! People talk about the risk of playing TT and I don't get it. Cassel is a backup QB. He is a guy you can win with for a couple weeks when the starter is out at this point in his career.
  14. I like Taylor a lot, and believe he needs to given a chance to start given he continues to play the way he has. I'd put his chances of being a franchise guy at no more than 25%.
  15. He offers upside and that is the most important thing to me. You need big plays to win big in the NFL. Very difficult to move the ball 15 plays and score a TD without making a mistake. Tyrod will produce big plays. Not buying it whatsoever.
  16. Tyrod! Keep all 3. We can win with any of them IMO. Better shape at QB than some realize.
  17. Our QB situation is much better than many believe. I feel confident we can win with any of these guys.
  18. Somebody mentioned 5% chance above for Jameis. If we use that as the prior. Has anything really happened since EJ entered the league that would do anything to raise that number? On the contrary, for many reasons it has been moving towards 0.
  19. Perfectly stated. Especially the last sentence. I am from the same camp. I believe the competition can and should make you better. I remember a couple years ago my golf game had plateaued. My resident gold guru told me I needed to play with some better players and get some competition. Bingo it helped me take the next step. I hope this proves true with our QB competition. Go Bills!
