That is the most overused cliche in sports. Bill Walsh was 8-24 after 2 seasons. Was he what his record said at the time, or was he building something and part of the process was occuring. Not saying Whaley is Walsh.
I like this guy alot. he would be a great hire IMO.

Still no response. Stick your neck out and say who will be our QB next year and be a top 7 scoring offense. BTW, the game is based on passing yards for and against. POINTS based game-got it!!
i like #7 and it makes some sense that when players are not held accountable, and make the same mistakes over and over, that they have developed bad habits. These habits are of course related to lack of accountability.
Pretty easy for the miserable to attack the people who kept the team in Buffalo after only 2 years. The Pegulas of course are smart people and get that there are idiots everywhere and could care less.
