My favorite narrative is all these NFL coaches who have never been head guys won't consider the Bills. Therefore, we need to panic because the org. is a dumpster fire and the media says it dysfunctional. And, we'll never have a good coach. There are many HUNGRY coaches out there who would LOVE a chance to take on the challenge. You have to fight if you want one of these jobs. And, Anthony Lynn is doing that right now with his agent. They are pushing the narrative he's losing interest because of the PC. Give me a break.

SMH. You know what we'll end up with a coach at the end of the day. You know what else there are a bunch of people who are chomping at the bit for one of these jobs. I don't believe Anthony Lynn is in any position to turn down anyone for an NFL HC job. He wants it and feels he's losing any grip he thought he had.

Just an opinion, but I don't think Anthony Lynn gets any of the other jobs he interviews for. So..........I think he and his agent have been fighting like hell behind the scenes to get the Bills job. I mean didn't he just say he didn't want to be any other place. They realize this is his best chance to ever be an NFL coach, he isn't getting any younger.

And, they are also able to hang into close games against teams with equal or better talent. To deny Club Rex is problem number 1 is to deny reality.

The part about the organizational structure and who reports to whom and being shcoked, I'll just say that blows my mind. I remember the very first press conference when Rex was hired, without looking it up, that it was discussed. I wouldn't have structured as so, and thought so at the time, but it is no surprise!
