  1. I guess we have the answer to the strategy of the new regime. This is a veteran laden roster. Players listed by position in alphabetical order Quarterback (3)Nathan Peterman Tyrod Taylor T.J. 2. Gone: Watkins/Darby/Ragland/Jones/Seymour/ '18: RD6 Added: Matthews/Gaines/Clay '18: RD2, RD3, RD7 '19: R4, RD7 Is this progress?
  3. Not worth the roster spot Mrs. Tate!
  4. Tate sucks and he is at best a mediocre return guy. Cutting Reilly and picking up Clay is a !@#$ing joke! These guys are starting to really scare me.
  5. Dumb move there are others who should have been waived before Reilly. Stupid.
  6. Dumb move! There are others who should have been cut before him.
  7. Thank you! People are acting like we are loaded at QB. All the one guy said was at a min contract as a number 3. He is way better than Matt Barkley.
  8. I concur. We need another QB on this roster.
  9. Then just ignore me instead of being the overstated police. You are also wrong we have made scheme change after scheme change in recent years which is my point.
  10. Darby and Gilmore are both man cover guys. This staff wants zone cover guys who want to tackle (generally cheaper). You're fooling yourself if you think Ragland being a 3-4 Inside backer and not a 4-3 guy like he was drafted for had nothing to do with the trade. McDermott even said Reggie is a good player and that he will be at some point. You can also argue that Watkins was traded because this staff places a lower value on receivers in this offense. Enough...not sure why you're going this way.
  11. I agree and I doubt they can get a 3rd for him. Obviously, every time we have changed coaching staffs we go from 4-3 to 3-4 to 4-3 and the recent trades of Darby and Ragland are examples. Gilmore may even have been an example. Miller could be next...Shaq? Happens all over the NFL...it is a coach's game...they don't adjust to the players as much as they should IMO.
  12. If Vlad only allows a couple sacks tonight he's the man! He will tie down the starting nod with a quality performance like that. He moved into the lead when we scored with him at RG last game. Seriously this is all about scheme, size, technique and dirty pictures!
  13. I don't disagree with you on any of this. I am beyond pissed at all the scheme changes and good players deemed unable to play in them. My point is these guys wouldn't have signed him, played him and moved him to first team if they didn't like him. They flat out have worn DuCasse on their sleeves since the beginning. BTW, DuCasse was in when we scored last week...I know, I know...these guys are looking for a reason to play him. Maybe Miller is traded not cut.
  14. I can't disagree with you. I'm just going by what I'm feeling coming out of Bills camp.
  15. I'll go with John Miller, Vald DuCasse and Andre Holmes
  16. I like it because the dude was so dominate and his teammates obviously think he was deserving.
  17. I'm predicting that Ducasse is our opening day starter at RG and Miller gets Cut. The tea leaves have been read.....and Ducasse was in the game during the TD drive last game.
  18. Have we reached the point in the NFL where it is such a coach's game that scheme trumps all? I was raised to believe that good coach's adjust to the talent available. I'm not sure that is the case at this point. Are we headed towards college basketball like coaching control?
  19. No kidding! I'm surprised, wonder what is going on with him behind the scenes.
  20. Too bad......... the Bills ain't calling to ask us!
  21. Relax guys.....just Kim getting her nails done and Terry getting a colonoscopy at the Mayo clinic in Scottsdale.
