  1. Kirk Cousins for 5 yrs and 125 Million with 65 guaranteed. We then can use our draft capital to fill holes from a very strong draft!
  2. 2 THINGS: what do we do with guys who have big feet and small hands or vice versa...take the average? Secondly, didn't Manziel have like size 15 1/2 shoes.....unfortunately he had an IQ of 75!
  3. On the cap simulations I've done, Cousins takes a min of 25M and 5 years with 55% guaranteed. Many times it takes closer to 27.5...just sayin! He's not going for 22 M.
  4. "It also told me that the league office was not as pure as I might have thought," This is my favorite part. He must have decided right then and there he was going to be on the inside!
  5. New town, lots more action for him and Chrissy!
  6. Like in the movie The Sting, "what do you want me to do ,call him out for cheating better than me?"
  7. The Pats do this and plenty of other things that are not really in the spirit of the game. Many would call it gamesmanship or being smarter than everyone else. I'm positive they've got a department in the organization that focuses on this type of thing and techniques that will/won't be called depending on the circumstances. Having said that, I've liked how the games in the playoffs have been officiated for the most part. I'm a fan who doesn't want too much involvement of the officials. If it is blatant or unfair to one side or the other or a safety issue.... well that's what the officials are for. It must be the old hockey player in me wanting the players to decide games. The only call I didn't care for yesterday was the first PI call, by the letter of the law ...maybe, just too ticky-tack for me. I think it is too easy to throw the ball up and penalize defenders, make the offense earn it more.
  8. The short answer is no. This is what I've believed, because I thought he would leave and go to the Giants. With it now being reported they want to hire Shurmur...I don't know where he goes. Sit out a year maybe...doubt it. I'm starting to think he might be back.
  9. I was just thinking isn't the game great without all the penalties!
  10. A team of ALL-PROS that are not from the Cheats may not be able to beat them in Foxboro with the NFL offices doing their thing. Sad truth is they'd like to not see Jax in SB.
  11. If they sign Cousins for something like 5 yrs 25 M he will be more than a bridge. They can then use their draft picks to plug the numerous holes.
  12. As for Barnwell, a roving band of Bills supporters must have burned his house down as a kid. Doesn't seem to ever have anything positive to say.
  13. Having a number 2 behind Shady like this guy would be dynamic for this offense. Good call.
  14. In a heart beat! Love his speed and versatility. Having said that I bet he's gone by that time. I will also say that you won't find another RB like him in FA for that price.
  15. I'm in favor of it if 2 conditions are met: 1. No more than a 3rd rd, a fifth with it is ok (we have 2), anything more is too much with a 1 year and 20 million contract 2. We draft a QB high(first 2 rounds) to groom for next year, I don't think we can get up high enough to get one of the guys who's ready now. The second one is tricky, it will be enticing after getting Smith to just use the picks to fill the holes I am not opposed to getting Kirk Cousins ( I don't think we will), at say 5 years/ 25 mil., and calling it good though.
  16. He asked if he was top 10 in anything. I gave him an answer.
  17. He lead the NFL in passer rating this year...that's top 10 in something. And, PFF had him ranked 7th among QBs....thats top 10 too.
  18. Mel Kiper Jr. asked about Josh Allen's completion percentage: "Stats are for losers in my opinion. The guy won." I'm with you brother! You have to take on faith alot of so-called potential and the ability to mold this guy/ change this guy. I mean he was 7th in the MWC in passer efficiency. Even if you believe he has tremendous potential (he can really fire the ball-no doubt), you still wouldn't use the number 1 overall pick on him.
  19. No doubt the drills at the combine are not the best in a position specific sense. I like your idea, makes sense!
  20. Wow optimistic or what! Why stop there? Let's say and even 40/4500/8
  21. Some other 26-27-60 grades (comp% trend) Tyrod 15-38-57 (57-56-59.7) close his senior year Teddy B 20-37-68 (64-68-71) great % in L'ville O, low Wonderlic like TT Cousins 33-39-64 (60-66-63) wonder if this regression hurt him in draft A.Smith 40-23-66 interesting case, very smart, only 2 yr starter for Urban
  22. Oh well, new city, same story for Todd and Chrissy!
  23. ^^^^This with one caveat...he must be evaluated to be at the Keuchly level by the Bills
  24. He should probably just retire now because he is smart and going to get a great degree.
