  1. These guys are a joke, believe me I've known a couple. Typically these guys end up getting promoted through the "old" boy network way more than other professional sports. And, many of them barely finished high school. I know one guy in particular that was dumber than a box rocks and he ended up after retiring from playing ,being given the job. Some of them go right from the ice to the GM job and onward.
  2. Yes! I've been advocating for this since last Thursday night. They have a great repoire and he is making progress per all reports.
  3. Every now and then it's just fun to sit back and watch these threads. All kinds of reinforcement of what you already thought you knew.
  4. I was just thinking about this myself, hope to hell he/it just goes away. The whole scandal is not going to help anyone.
  5. I would say there is a very good chance he beats the over. I've said before he is going to look very good in training camp and preseason next to the other guys. Even if they hold him out Week 1, he'll be in shortly thereafter.
  6. LOL ! virtually all the posts are from guys who voted under. Then I look above and its 63-37 the other way and hardly any posts supporting it. I'm going contrarian and I'll say OVER!
  7. Shows how much this things are worth that they have the same teams ranked anywhere from A to D-. WAJ
  8. Good post! I'm making my way through the videos and it's crazy how often he's running for his life.
  9. EJ Manuel Just kidding Bradham
  10. Big Wonderlic disparity too Allen 37 , Newton 21. The main thing about the comparison is that a big, strong armed QB who had foot work issues became a stud NFL QB.
  11. There was some data on here before the draft and showed some of these guys are really not that great. If someone can dig it up I'd like to see it myself.
  12. Not stressed at all! People who know me know I don't let it bother me.
  13. Just trying to improve the board and point out that it is unnecessary. It is ok to say you thought the draft was bad or good, and attach facts top back it up, it doesn't prove the point anymore to say "stupendous" or "disaster" attached to everything said. We have become so extremists on both side of everything it is disturbing to me. People misplace, and I realize some are more eloquent that others, and misuse words I get that. However, consistently BSing without facts and treating your opinion as more than others is dangerous. People think convictions mean everyone else is wrong and I know the answer. Being tone deaf doesn't help. We all can learn from others who make cogent opinions. I will also point out it is very difficult, on a message board, to always tell what someone else's intentions are. This post has some miscommunication going on. Prime Time has maybe not stated everything perfectly, he does have the right to point out the annoyances that others feel as well. The few posters who become one trick ponies are always treading dangerously close to crusading. Not trying to be too preachy, sorry if it comes across that way, my thoughts are just that. JMO
  14. The hyperbole is annoying.
  15. If nothing else the 3 of them should be highly motivated in camp. And, on that alone, perhaps 1 or 2 make it.
  16. Yes the world has this problem for sure. People who don't care what others think or respect others opinions. And, then they mask it with hyperbole.
  17. Good post! I would add that the hyperbole on the forum is over the top. If all you can do is start a thread by saying trading for and drafting Josh Allen is a DISASTER at we've seen. You need to gain some perspective on what a real disaster is........something like a semi running a stop sign and causing an accident with a bus carrying a hockey team.
