He was my hero growing up, wore 32 when I played. It's a shame he lost his mind and went on a rampage.

Not the best team, but I have to go with the 1975 Bills for entertainment. They were socked with injuries on D side and played in shootouts regularly, especially against Bert Jones and the Colts. Best Offense in the league, Best player in the league, Best Offensive line in the league. Besides OJ being at the top of his game and setting an NFL TD record, we also had an 800+ yard rusher at FB in Jim Braxton and a couple fun receivers in Bob Chandler and J.D. Hill. The 1990-93 teams were of course a blast to watch too, but alot of the time they just beat the daylights out of the opponent it made for alot of boring second halves.

A is the only reasonable grade. The man has taken a team that was destroyed by a fraud (Wrecks Ryan) and built the heart and soul back up. Not to mention he broke the no playoff streak. And, of course we are well situated this year to make noise.

Love Sal C. Decent guy, who played some ball, is an athlete, and doesn't go to extremes to be negative. I've nothing wrong with him being a bit of Bills fan. I don't need to pessimism.

I usually go down to Alabama in the spring to play golf on the RTJ trail. Needless to say, there are signs posted that say you must check your firearms at the door of the clubhouse before entering. 4.93 40 coming out of HS, now 4.5! Dude is ripped.

Researching every Pats loss (31 of them) since 2010, and figuring out the blueprint to winning against NE. * A game in the mid 40s ending in something like 24-20,23-21,26-20 etc. * In all but a handful of the games they were held to under 100 yards rushing(with a high of only 124) and 3.5-3.75 yds/rush. In other words they haven't lost when rushing for 125 or more since 2010. * you likely need to gain at least a 100 yards rush and likely closer to 125+ with above a 4.0 yds/avg * hold them to around 250 passing or less and around 40 attempts to do so. 6.0/attempt. You need a pick and a couple sacks as well. *You don't need to out pass them yardage wise, so about 250 yds and closer to 30 attempts, but more efficiently than they do, like over 7 yards per attempt.

We will drop to 15 in the USA today rankings because even though we won, it was purely luck.

I've long said that Patriots dynasty is the worst thing to ever happen to the NFL. Especially the stuff in recent years, could have lived with the stuff through last decade-not this one. Unfortunately the media has never felt this way!

Game is unwatchable

People think Josh Allen is bad? the QBing in this game is abysmal in comparison.

I thought the beginning part about Edmonds was fair and well analyzed. You have to wonder about a guy who then proceeds to do nothing but point out anything he could to be negative. I mean the team won and is 3-0....how can there not be anything positive? When you reach that point its time to go

The fact that Beckham is there now and Mayfield feels the need to go to him could already be an issue

Heading into NE, I was curious what the (numbers in starts) for the Bills & JA look like pre-injury 2018 (5 starts), and since he returned against Jax on 11/25/18 (9 starts) through this Sunday. W/L Record: pre- we were 2-3 and avg 14.6 ppg and allowing 18.2 post- 6-3 22.0 ppg and allowing 18.9 Clear improvement by the offense and the team Passing Game: pre- he was attempting 25 passes per game for 6.0 yds/att and 11.0 yds/comp while completing 55.6% for 152 ypg, with a 2-5 TD-Int ratio and a 4.0 int% post- 31.6 atts/game for 7.0yds/att and 12.5 yds/comp and a 56.3% for 221 ypg, an 11-10 TD-Int ratio and a 3.5 int%. It is interesting to note that without the 6-15 opening game appearance vs Ravens, In just the starts his completion % is pretty flat before and after (56%) . However, he has increased his yds/att and yds/comp substantially. I wonder if this is a sign of improved accuracy? leading to more YAC due to better ball placement and reads. The TD:Int ratio is better and only a slight improvement in INT % (needs to improve still). Mobility: Pre-3.6 sacks/gm with 30.2 yds lost and 6.2 rushes for 25.8 yds (4.2/att) and 3 rushing TDs. Post- 1.3 sacks/gm with 8.4 yds lost and 8.9 rushes for 64.6 yds (7.3/att) and 8 rushing TDs. This is especially interesting to me. The rushes+sacks are almost identical when added together (around 10 game)both pre and post. Pre Injury he was losing 30 yds on sacks and gaining 25 running, a net of minus 5 yards. Post he is losing about 8 on sacks and gaining 65 running, a net of plus 57 yards. The yards pre and post tell a story of a QB maturing and putting the ball under his arm and taking as much as he can. Closing: So it appears that you have a QB who is making better decisions( in spite of yesterday's bone-headed pass) and using his legs to help avoid the pass rush, and doing it while reducing his INT%. Significantly, JA has raised his yards/att and yards/comp as well. I think you can argue his accuracy has improved, in spite of the comp% being 56% both pre and post. And further that something clicked when he was injured and Anderson & Barkley came on board. What remains to be seen is whether he has enough around him going forward this season. Thanks for reading.
