It's an outstanding acomplishment. The grind on your body is tough, but preparing mentally for the marathon is just as hard. I admire her for keeping her focus for 52 straight weeks, that is no small feat.
Unfortunately today's news orginizations are more concerned about being first instead of being right. You can always change your story later when the actual facts come to light.
It looks like the top talent of the draft are on the OL and DL. You can never have too many linemen. Take one and move on to round two. In a best case senerio for the Bills, a team farther back falls in love with a lineman and wants to trade up for him.
I was thinking the same thing last night. It's great to see a game where the recivers aren't trying to catch the ball at their knees or a yard behind them. I long for the day when the Bills get a real QB.
We could push it to seven more years. That will tie us for the record of consecitve years missing the playoffs. The Bills won't make the playoffs until they get a real QB. I hope we draft one this year, but the crop of college QB's is underwhelming.
That was true Pat, Jets, and colts Sucked. Recently the Patriots have been benefiting the same way. I'm sure they circle the calendar and smile when they see they have to play the Bills.
Like most here Pong was my first game. I ended up with Intelivision instead of Atari. Better graphics but it didn't have asteroids. My father worked at IBM so we were lucky enough to have to PC's in the house, back when a PC cost as much as a used car.
I don't believe what Belichick did is worthy of a suspension. I do think the NFL is under greater pressure to do something about the referee issue. I would not be shocked to see a 1 game suspention as a warning to the rest of the leauge.
I like to stick with the Munich breweries. Paulaner is my favorite followed by Spaten and Hacer Pschorr. The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery here in Charlotte makes and excellent Marzen called Mecktoberfest.
Good situation for Edwards. The Panthers are thin at DT. He could wind up starting down here eventually.
Quick update: I checked the Panthers depth chart and he is already listed as a starter.
I am wondering if the Bills apparent interest in Barron and Gilmore is a ploy to have someone jump ahead at 9. That would give them a better shot at getting the player they really want. The Panthers have similar needs as the Bills and have expressed interest in trading down.
During a press conference this week Marty Hurney said they would like to trade down. If Claiborne is at 9 the Panthers would snatch him up. They are desperate for corners.
The defense is years away from being good. With a talented QB the offense could be one of the best in the league next year. I'd take the chance. Worst case scenario we get the same crap product we've had for 12 years.
I'm used to the abuse by now, take the chance.
