  1. Is that the biggest room Cleveland has? Looks like they are sitting in a broom cupboard.
  2. Judkins. Interesting. I'm a bit lower on him than some - but he can be a starting back and Nick Chubb might be done.
  3. Luther Burden or a corner for Cleveland?
  4. There you go. I suppose Seattle's calculation was Zabel would go earlier than Emmanwori if they didn't take him. And they were right.
  5. Yep. They met him 3 times. Combine, 30 visit and private workout.
  6. Yea I do. The Bills have specific profiles of player that they draft in round one and with the exception of Kincaid (where IMO they panicked when the receivers got wiped out) every first round pick from this regime has been in on a top 30 visit. They did have Williams (in fairness) but none of the others and Williams is the definition of a two down player and Beane said in his pre-draft presser that he sees two down players as less valuable in round one.
  7. Higgins goes. My 14th BPA. Always felt he'd go early day 2.
  8. Yay... we are in business! Schwesinger was my 17th best remaining. Will repost my top 15 below for the benefit of this thread: 1. Mike Green^, DE, Marshall 2. Will Johnson*, CB, Michigan 3. Shavon Revel*, CB, East Carolina 4. Nic Scourton, DE, Texas A&M 5. Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss 6. Princely Umanmeilen^, DE, Ole Miss 7. Luther Burden, WR, Missouri 8. Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina 9. TJ Sanders, DT, South Carolina 10. Benjamin Morrison*, CB, Notre Dame 11. Donovan Ezeiruaku, DE, Boston College 12. Azareye'h Thomas, CB, Florida State 13. Isaiah Bond^, WR, Texas 14. Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State 15. Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
  9. Reminder of my top 15 BPA... 1. Mike Green^, DE, Marshall 2. Will Johnson*, CB, Michigan 3. Shavon Revel*, CB, East Carolina 4. Nic Scourton, DE, Texas A&M 5. Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss 6. 10. Roger sounds like he has started drinking early today. The Browns are on the clock!
  11. That well, no. But I was saying this time last year - there is no way they are a bottom 10 team. Way too talented. Same this year. That is a darn tough division and they will need McCarthy to hit the ground running. But the worst they are is a 7 win team. Just too much talent to be really bad.
  12. He will be looooooong gone in any event.
  13. I honestly don't think it was ever going to be a DT. If it hadn't been a corner it would have been Scourton. The Bills have a method and they follow it.
  14. I get it. I was just trying to clarify that when I said people were intentionally ruining it I was on about specific examples where that was in fact what people were doing.
  15. I got COMPLETELY the opposite. It was never a DT at #30 in my book. I saw zero evidence if interest in it.
  16. I agree. But I do think he is better than Dart. And Dart is off the board.
  17. Yea got ya. I think that might be right at this stage, it probably is. I just don't rule out being back here kick starting him.
  18. Beane pre-draft said basically he thinks Tre is smart enough to do it but "we are not there." I am sure they will start camp with Tre in the corner rotation. But if Max looks ready early I don't rule them out looking at Tre at FS. At least with the idea that he backs up both spots off the bench.
  19. I think Carter was just doing a too cool for school vibe.
  20. There is some additional Bills specific bonus listing thinking ahead to #56 in my Day 1 Debrief too.
  21. And that is why I like the compliment with Benford. He is gonna be really fundamentally sound, play his responsibility to the letter, be sticky in his coverage and sound in his tackling. And on the other side that means I can live with some growing pains Hairston's first year or two if he is a bit over aggressive and undisciplined at times in his pursuit and gives up a few big ones over the top because on the flip side he is going to make some plays for you, turn the ball over and score.
  22. And 18 months younger. But yep, agree. I still think it Hairston was gone they'd have picked Amos. I think they liked them both a lot. I will commend a post by @sven233 which talks about his usage in Kentucky's D and I agree with what he wrote (although will repeat my point from earlier on the Bond breakup - the left hand gets there a bit early on the shoulder / back of Bond before he reaches the right across and he has to watch that in the NFL with the flag happy zebras). I'm about to head out but I will try and come back with some more on similarities to our D later.
  23. Yea. I said this on the pod with Gonzo. I liked Revel's tape. He was a borderline 1st and my 19th overall player. But when you have a choice between slightly more impressive film but older, coming off an ACL and playing lesser competition a GM has to factor that into his selection process.
  24. I was gonna do that joke. You got there first.
