  1. I can not believe I actually have to go to find the definition of unreliable- un·re·li·a·ble Dictionary result for unreliable /ˌənrəˈlīəb(ə)l/ adjective not able to be relied upon. synonyms: undependable, untrustworthy, so could you depend on him? could you trust him to be good each week? if you could you must have been terribly disappointed during all of his 2 and 3 catch games. He literally had 40 games during his 4 years in buffalo with 3 or less catches. But you are literally parsing semantics in a manner I can not possibly understand when you say what is bolded but argue with me. But we do agree on one thing-he was not a total bust he had a few great games in his 4 years just not reliable. BTW I meant 2017 game- 2018 is still "this season" to me.
  2. Not sure how you argue he was reliable- he would have 3 game stretches where he would have 15+ catches combined and the follow it with 3 games with 6 catches in the next three. He was the best player on field against ATL last year on offense then missed three games. I am not sure how you define unreliable but a dude who looks great 4 times a year and poor the otjer 12 is unreliable. Just someone else who agrees with me- this was written right before he had seceral bad weeks in aroww. https://realsport101.com/news/sports/nfl/nfl-fantasy-is-charles-clay-a-week-5-must-start/
  3. I am generally a clay defender- it was not his mistake to take huge money when offered- but he was completely unreliable. He was often injured, even when playing. He had talent but not enough to overcome injduries.
  4. My point is he was a top ten talent after he was a headache- Kap was no longer a top 20 qb after he became a headache. That is why Vick was given second chance where as Kap was not. Talent vs headache is a personal equation to each GM( like Browns with RB) but Kap was too much headache and not enough talent.
  5. You must be missing the part of Vick thaywas worth a 100 million after his jail time- talent gets you back in league every time.
  6. OBJ would probably ruin this team- your highest paid player needs to be willing to outwork the other players and he is not.
  7. And that is why you hope McBeane watches more film then me- i had no idea.
  8. What is wrong with Malik Jackson? I remember him being good- i would like the version of him i remember.
  9. To original question- i had completely forgotten he was team. So i expect nothing of him- he will hopefully be a good rotation guy but that would be a step up.
  10. I would support it but as already pointed out the brock osweiler situation is not common since so much of guaranteed money is signing bonus and you can not make another team take that. Also no team is going to send us a good player, no matter how expensive, and additional compensation to get rid of him. Brock was a train wreck and the browns saved the texans from salary cap pergatory for a relatively steep price.
  11. Two things about this post are absurd: space eaters like him are not had on the cheap but using stats to justify that opinion is dumb. I am sorry but your post reads as if you are trolling bashing stats on one hand while using them to justify your absurd thoughts on the other.
  12. I think you are fishing for a compliment- but i will tell you that you have never written anything i have seen that makes you look bad.
  13. I Would give him a break since so mich occurred between this mock and the real draft. Lots of trades and teams signing free agents- mock drafts now simply tell you a ball park of when a player will be drafted.
  14. I mean try to use the NFL season as your spring board- i meant drafting like nascar. The XFL is in mainly NFL cities which i think will make it difficult to get a foothold.
  15. Agreed Agreed- i think even trying to draft off of NFL teams- like the XFL appears to be- is not the best way to make it work. Make your own mark in a new market
  16. I think you are reading the wrong tea leaves. The AAF wants to be in football crazy places without NFL teams. They want to be the only game in town. Orlando loves football of any kind and if the team is good it will have a loyal following soon. I would expect the same of San Antonio also. The Apollos are now Orlandos pro team.
  17. The orlando sentinel said all players get 3 year $250000 contracts so 80+ per year. Or about same as CFL i believe.
  18. This post makes me realize just how little i watched this year- Harris would have been my lowest TE and Suh would habe been my highest DL. My picks though would be saffold , WR williams, TE cooks, jordan phillips- who i think is good rotation guy and Juwan James .
  19. Does cfl have three year rule also? Where does a guy go if he does not want college but wants to be pro?
  20. I will disagree with you and will point out that to many guys losing 40 grand to show your abilities and potentially make a million is worth it. Also showed during game- more UFA in NFL than any round besides first. First impressions can change. BTW " your a damn fool Happy" love that movie as does my 13 and 8 year old who have seen edited versions.
  21. Officials on the field seem like the better nfl officials from what i saw- the AAF is far superior in review. The lady in orlando explains her thoughts and told her helpers to find a angle that shows her something different or it stays. I have enjoyed games so far. My overall opinion is except for QB play this league represents mainly rotational NFL talent. RB and WR seem like talent wise equal to most 2nd stringers- could be Bills recievers this past year. Hopefully not next year.
  22. I will be watching at least some but the issue will be how the new teammates bond. I saw some Gleague basketball last night and the team mates played well tpgether so it was entertaining.
  23. It is amazing how good he is considering he went to a local high school in orlando but no one thought he would be the best player from area that year.
  24. Sounds about same- at least they have figured out stopping resales hurts sales overall.
  25. I know your post is sarcastic but i was surprised they did not take away the first three of Brady. It made the entire sport look bad. As does the fact since the Pats* "stopped" cheating they have gotten better.
