This is a untrue statement for the vast majority of the country. Orange County FL gave high schoolers computers 8 years ago and middle schoolers them 5 years ago but only gave them to elementary kids because of Covid. No intelligent person believes more than 5% of elementary student would benefit from a computer based curriculum more than a personal one.
