Agree with all of this. What amazes me is how he does it being seriously hurt all the time. His pain tolerance is unbelievable. Two or three times I thought his career was over after his knees folded backwards, and then after the commercial break, there's Freddy with a bead of sweat rolling off his head walking it off. His knee ligaments gotta be like bungee cords by now. Incredible. If there's not enough room on the wall of fame I vote to replace OJ with Freddie in a second. A family man and a role model for the young guys. Only player worthy of that honor since the glory days IMO and it's not even close.

Yea I was thinkin the same thing. Maybe find a decent lineman in free agency and draft another. Then there's the Hairston mystery. After the Tampa game I'm convinced something has to be done with that group.

Players that play a lot that should be replaced or moved down the depth chart for an upgrade and depth are pretty obvious. I don't have a problem with the offense or the fine. I'd take a guy like woods that plays with that kind of edge anyday. The fine was justified, pay the speeding ticket and move on. On the other hand the Byrd fine was complete and utter B.S.

It's a shame because I thought he was poised for a very big year in the new system. Another unlucky break that contributed to our disappointing record. I remember a preseason interview with some defensive lineman and they referred to carringtons as the "strongest guy on the team"

I strongly agree with the op. Although I'm usually a traditionalist the current setup is simply unfair. Not only do teams with better records get screwed from time to time, there's situations like buffalo where teams can get almost locked out for a decade because there's a career hall of fame quarterback in your division. Posters that want to see the conferences changed is a bit too radical for me. I think it's right that the jets and giants, Houston Dallas etc. represent each conference. Afc east and afc west works for me. Bills play everyone in the afc east every year, home field alternates yearly. Do whatever they do to decide the rest of the games, records, etc.

They are just terrible IMO. There's always a technical difficulty with the pressers so we have to listen to that jack off insult callers for a solid two hours. 97 rock was ten times better to listen to on game day.

Well, like it or not we have another whole year to evaluate ej. There's no way they draft another quarterback. With the obvious holes that need to be filled (ol,wr,te,lb) they would be stupid to even draft one in the late rounds that will probably be no better than Thad. Granted, I'm as sceptical of ej as the rest of you, but rest assured if he sucks next year there will be quarterbacks in the 2015 draft.
