You may get a big offer for that 1st pick or a franchise changing pass rusher like Myles Garrett is about to be. Unless Eric Fisher is going to be the 1st pick there is never a bad year to have the top pick.

Playoffs for sure Answered another way though, I’d rather pick 1st than be 7-9. The goal is a championship not a playoff berth. Keep building towards that!!

It feels a little weird but I’ve met a handful of these guys now. They are just as weird in person as on here. It will go pretty smoothly. You’ll have a blast. The road games are a lot of fun regardless of the outcome.

Oh I agree but if you don’t have the QB you can’t have a dynasty. That was kind of my point. We took Tre White last year who can be an ELITE CB but you can’t win multiple titles without the elite QB. You can win one but can’t consistently contend without one. The Bills need to be right about Allen and need to hit at a high % in 2019.

I’m excited about Edmunds but even if he’s good and Allen isn’t we are in trouble. If the Bills found their QB, have 10 picks and up to $100M in cap space they will be fine. Everything else is a bonus (lagniappe as we’d say in New Orleans).

This is where I’m at. I don’t think that it is possible to repeat the Chargers performance. It isn’t unrealistic though to expect more INTs than TDs. I’ll say 15-27, 186 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs

This is the least excited that I’ve maybe ever been. With that being said it can turn quickly if Allen looks like a player. For me this year was never about wins and losses. It was about clearing the cap and drafting a franchise QB. The job is half done. If Allen proves to be that guy the Bills may become contenders sooner rather than later. I will be REALLY excited for the 2019 season.

Agreed I could have seen Tyrod, Wood, Incognito, Glenn looking like a functioning group. I’m having a hard time figuring out how the Bills were giving 5 on the road. I wish that I would have seen that. I would have taken 5 with Baltimore and now 7 with the Bills. That’s a massive middle.

No, but I don’t buy those projections anyways. They have them as a favorite 3 times but winning more than double that. I think that the Bills will be between 4-7 wins. 4 wins could be bad enough to pick 1st.

I don’t think that the defense will be the worst. The offense might be. With that being said I have no issue with the projection. 6.3 games feels VERY fair to me. This might be the worst team in the league. If Allen can play though it won’t matter because the Bills won’t be down there for long.

It was -4 when I was at the casino on Saturday. Would have been a good middle.

By the middle of this year Drew Brees will have thrown for more yards than any QB ever. By early next year Drew Brees will have thrown more TDs than any QB ever. Are we really trying to do this?
