Romo as full time Brady apologist...

Sure... but the thing that they expressed as an opinion just happens to be a fact. -
Romo as full time Brady apologist...

Apologies... 6 & 0 is correct. It doesn't change the point that I was making however. Pats don't get to as many Super Bowls without 100% home playoff games. You know... the cheating never really bothered me. For me it was the sight of the great Tom Brady screaming his lungs out at some poor draft choice or UDFA who'd made a mistake. As if Brady never made any... -
Romo as full time Brady apologist...

New Englanders aside... I'm pretty sure that people are pretty much split on Tom Brady. -

I think that ole Tommy's gonna find out that the playoffs have a whole different feel to them when you don't have home field throughout the playoffs by virtue of going 8-0 inside the division. -
Romo as full time Brady apologist...

Come to think of it... Romo was also insufferable when the Bills beat Dallas handily last season. He barely mentioned the Bills until the game was virtually over. I really don't see what all the fuss is about over Romo as a colour guy. You just can't be that biased on a network broadcast. -
The Art of Defending the Hail Mary
Jamie Mueller replied to DallasBillsFan1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
At the end of the Cardinals game, I honestly thought that it was just incredible luck for Arizona that the play worked. Yesterday, I really thought that a couple of the defenders were trying to grab the ball... instead of simply knocking it down. -
I settled in to watch the Chiefs - Buccaneers game after the Bills game ended yesterday. I never miss a chance to see GOAT Tom Brady humbled. What I saw (and heard) instead... from the opening kick-off until the game was over... was commentator Tony Romo's endless tire pumping for Tom Brady... even when the 43 year-old Tampa Bay quarterback had a miserable time in the first quarter. The party line from Romo... all afternoon long... seemed to be simply this... Tom Brady wasn't failing... his team mates simply weren't able to play up to his level. Full disclosure... I hate the Patriots... and I hate Tom Brady. No special reasons... just all the usual ones. Brady's performances this year in Tampa have generally been what I thought they would be... roughly league average quarterbacking... greatly enhanced by an extremely 'powder puff' schedule. The Bucs still have 4 games left to play... 2 of them against Atlanta and 1 against Detroit. Good God! With the sole exception of the Green Bay game... the team has looked bad... and Brady has largely failed... whenever they were matched up with a decent team. Romo had the nerve to predict a Kansas City - Tampa Bay Super Bowl. Everything I've seen this year tells me that Brady might be at the Super Bowl... provided he buys a ticket. I'm gratified to see a lot of commentary on social media this morning about this topic. I'm wondering whether any other Bills fans noticed Romo's troubling behavior yesterday?

Does Marrone have an opt out clause in his contract if there is a change in the team's leadership?

Just apply the penalty for the receiver's push off... that's what should have been done. Cancels the catch... still Bill's ball. LA player got the ball after both players were on the ground.

Happy Birthday Scott! Thanks for giving us this wonderful place for Bills fans. -
Josh Rosen - the perfect push
Jamie Mueller replied to rayray808's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Confession... I strongly preferred Rosen (and Lamar Jackson) over Josh Allen back in 2018. I wasn't suicidal over the pick, like some folks were. I just saw Josh Rosen as the prototypical NFL star quarterback. You never really know about these things, I guess. -
It's the Jets... they don't need no stinking reason!

Lou Saban, what a great job he's done.
Jamie Mueller replied to hammer2427's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bills have had 3 truly great head coaches in their entire history... 1. Nick Saban 2. Fort Knox 3. The Marvelettes No one can argue with this simple fact! -
Have you ever been to a Bills home game in Buffalo?
Jamie Mueller replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes I have attended several games... though I live in Toronto. I must admit that the most recent occasion was many years ago (during Jim Kelly's heyday). -
Any interest in Everson Griffen
Jamie Mueller replied to falgobofu's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mike Love is extremely overrated... everyone knows that Brian Wilson was the driving force in The Beach Boys. -
Seems like the first bit of bad news about the Bills since that duffus retired at halftime a few years back.
