    Swap Buffalo and Baltimore. Move Miami to the South. Not sure if Indianapolis would be the best fit for Miami's spot. Whatever makes sense geographically.

    I know an NFL HC job is an NFL HC job, but I wouldn't even have first thoughts on taking this job unless they massively overpaid me and I had little self-confidence.

    The current logo is tired, and the standing buffalo one is worse. I'd like to think a complete uniform branding overhaul and house-cleaning would kickstart the team but I doubt it.

    Romo or Cutler would be a step above TT, obviously. But the question is what is the gameplan? Believe we're close with the roster we have, with a few tweaks? Or blow it up and start over?

    The O is working DESPITE TT. 24th in passing TDs, 1st in rushing TDs. TT is not a starting QB. I know the 2017 options aren't great, but they're not going to take any significant steps forward with him behind center.
