Your preaching to the choir....especially the bolded part. I know it is his team and he has the right to be involved as he wants, but it is absolutely the worst thing for the organization. It is not a toy...but then again no matter how badly you f*** it up, it will make you wheelbarrows full of money. The Pegulas only have to know one thing...hire a person in charge of football operations, who makes ALL football related decisions. After that they should get the f*** out of the way, and insist that they have no say in anything football related unless it involves $$$ outside of a set budget. No team is ever 100% healthy. At some point during the year players are hurt. It's up to management to decide if they want to use said injuries as an excuse to why a season went up in smoke.

PT Barnum aka Brandon was a marketing/PR whiz kid, and used his former position to move up the company ladder to Team President of the Bills AND Sabres. Pretty quick and sudden climb. I wonder if he was able to con Pegula into a small percentage of the team much like Larry Quinn did with former Sabres owner Tom Golisano? Wouldn't surprise me one bit if it did happen. Like I said in a post yesterday, get comfortable with him because unless he chooses to leave on his own accord, he will be here for a very very long time.

I wouldn't touch Saban with a ten foot poll. He is so set in his ways dealing with college KIDS, that I think he would be out of touch dealing with established vets after so many years at Alabama. Not to mention his age. I'll pass, and I think so would he. He has the world by the balls at Alabama. Boosters lapping up his every word, recruits tripping over each other to sign there, perennial powerhouse, etc... He'd be nuts to even give it 5 seconds of consideration.

Not sure how reliable, but Maria Genero(WGRZ) is very easy on the eyes for a woman in her 40's/early 50's(Im guessing at her age).

300 yard passing games has a direct correlation to how many passes you throw in a game. TT's YPA was better in 2015 than Brees, Newton, Eli, Brady and many other above average NFL QB's. Does that mean all they do is checkdown? You beat me to the punch.

DIsclaimer...TT needs to play a LOT better. In hindsight it is easy to see an open WR from an aerial view of NFL Films. You think it is that easy on the field standing behind huge OL, with equally big DL breathing down your neck, with a split second to make a decision? I bet if you look at film for every team and every play, even the best QB's don't always find the open WR.
