First the clowns on WGR were yapping about Rob Ryan being a good hire because he knows and can teach Rex's ultra freakin' complicated defense. Now this morning, they were saying the same thing about Ed Reed. I pose the question once again....are the morons that Rex hired last off-season, not capable of teaching this defense? As a related side note...Since Rex's scheme is not lighting the NFL on fire year after year, has it ever dawned on him, that maybe he should simplify it? He was flapping his gums when he was hired last year, that this is probably his last chance at being a HC, and he needs to get better as a coach. First season = strike one.

There must be a reason why Spikes is not being considered for the Bills or ANY OTHER NFL team. Clearly they know something that we don't. I'm not sure why people want him signed, when it is clear he is not even being brought in for a workout let alone being signed.

I had to laugh during an Ole Miss game a couple weeks ago. They were speculating that Kelly may forego his last year because of financial hardship reasons. They then went on to explain that his father is a grocery store manager and his mother is a school teacher/guidance couselor/something like that. So they probably easily make 100k+ per year combined, and I'm supposed to feel bad for them upon hearing this? If you want to turn pro because you want no part of the college experience, fine. But don't try and sell me this line of crap. If they need money, go see brother Jim for a loan to tide you over for a year. What a joke.
