  1. I said nothing of the sort. I'm being neurtal: show me the wins basically. I think the Bills will be better on D, and hopefully O also. I haven't seen or read much about the Special Teams. I would simply like the "positive" posters, who are historically wrong, to stop banging in the more negative or realistic posters. I do enjoy this time on year because there are new players and this year a lot new including coaches. E.J. sounds like he may be the real deal?
  2. This. + 1 To the positive posters who bang on the negative posters, the negative have been right a lot more often than not.
  3. He's not under contract currently, so how does that work out? He would have to do the franchise tag deal?
  4. Does the online edition work well?
  5. Pretty good, thanks. I hope Stevie is saving his money!!!
  6. Right. God did him wrong. Dropping TD passed. Fined and benched for "look at me" BS. Doesn't work on it offseason. Dude's an idiot.
  7. Funny. I'm wondering why the need, J. from Hemet, to shutdown these types of questions? We have a good number of people that think Pears will be OK, if not fine. I am recalling the Bills Daily assessment at year end which I find to be harsh at times, but others feel Pears isn't good. I'm not sure or sold on him, injury aside. The better O-line posters may tend toward he's fine? Maybe we need a poll?
  8. Nice. Thank you. I just can't see this team losing 13-14 games. I also really believe the D is going to be MUCH better, with some added LB help, a new scheme and the new DC, who has had success in that role. The D will help keep this team in games while the offense is more hit and miss. These guys will need to run the some also, and Buffalo can.
  9. I agree: This is NOT the second worst in all of football. It's just not.
  10. Very nice. Thanks. We know what he knows I guess. Sounds like a nice kid. Let's hope he keeping getting better and improving.
  11. Probably not. I don't think the Bills need the highest paid safety in the league. IMO.
  12. Wrong. This was from the year end Bills Daily Game Day - I don't grade O linemen. The link is actually there also, give it a read.
  13. THX. Well, he was a rookie last yeat, so really is still a rookie who has not played in a year. And coming back from 2 surgeries. I wonder how far along he really is? OI! Cornell Green, yikes. OK Vadar, holding you to that then, for now.
  14. Zebrie Sanders Is he completely healthy now, had 2 surgeries?
  15. Looking at the depth chart now that training camp has started, and Erik Pears is still at RT. The Bills did not draft a T in 2013, there are 7 in the depth chart referenced via this website, and Pears was said to be "aweful before his injury" What are the Bills FO doing about this, and is there real concern about this position with rookie QB possibly starting this year? ??? http://www.billsdaily.com/gameday/index.shtml Offensive Line: Cordy Glenn, Erik Pears, Eric Wood, Adam Levitre, Kraig Urbik, Chris Hairston, Chad Rinehart This unit continues to suffer injury after injury but they constantly bounced back. They allowed only 30 sacks but that is seven more than their league leading total of 2011. They paved the way for a 5 yard average per carry thanks to the dynamic running of Spiller. Final Overall Grade B: Solid unit but slipped a bit from a year earlier. Glenn B: Was having a fantastic rookie season until an injury cost him a few games. He wasn't the same when he came back. Should continue to develop as the starting left tackle. Pears F: He was awful before his injury shut him down. Will likely look for a replacement at right tackle. Wood B+: Stabilizing force on the line will remain the starting center in his contract year. Levitre A: A must to re-sign him. He wants to stay and they need him since he's the best player on the line. Urbik B+: Solid starter at right guard should remain there after re-signing with the team. Hairston C: Decent backup but need him to start less in 2013. Rinehart C: Solid backup in the middle of the line. Should look to re-sign him.
  16. Dude, that's a bit harsh. I'm not one who's been duking all over us for a decade! I love my team, I would like for them to win once in a while, that's all. I understand and agree: I'm just thinking if it comes down to a close race at the end of the season, and you have The Hoodie and Brady on one sideline, and Marrone and whoever on the other.
  17. I could maybe see that, as there is no game film on this new team, or QB and OC. I could also imagine that Brady will just carve this defense, whatever they put out there. Winning the AFCE?
  18. Ok, thanks. So a rookie QB with a rookie OC and a rookie head coach are going to get over on the Hoodie and Tom Brady?
  19. The Bills are winning the AFCE without knowing who or what the starting QB is or can do? Awesome.
  20. One of the things the Bills aren't doing is paying big money to DBs. I like Byrd, however Buffalo can be a 6-10 without him just fine. They have question marks and concerns all over the place, and I know you don't want to create another hole, but safeties are pretty easy to find. It's more about the front seven, and Buffalo's was horrible last year.
  21. It certainly can be much worse than last year. The Bills basically don't have a starting QB at thi spoint. New England may win 10-12 games. The Bills, 6?
  22. Only the Buffalo Bills could be four (4) years into another rebuilding process and still not have a QB.
