Safe, legal and rare. Just my opinion. You cannot build specific exceptions into a law, because no list is going to cover every circumstance. Keep the government out of it. They are already intrusive enough in people's lives. There is no need for more. As far as the murder angle, it depends on when you consider the fetus to be human. Is it a living entity? Yup. Is is human, debatable. Is abortion killing a living thing? Yup. Is it murder (killing a human being is my definition, legal definition may be different)? Depends on your definition of "human." Personally, I do not know enough to make the determination of when it is human. Maybe when the heart takes its first beat?

If they publish the information, they are just as guilty as the person leaking the information. It's called accountability.

So far, the only two who have a legitimate chance are the South African chick and the Australian surfer dude. The tiny guy with the attitude needs to show me more. The others do not belong.

Leaks are designed with a specific purpose in mind and that purpose has absolutely nothing to do with what is best for the country. Some will leak things to help the Reps and others will leak things to help the Dems. All because they pols care more about themselves than the country. Others do it because they have an ax to grind. None of it makes it right. Leaking of classified information really pisses me off.

People think that you just sit on your azz or play golf. They fail to realize that you are working 24/7 and if you do not produce to the level that the stockholders expect, you will be replaced immediately.

Gotta love when the Democratic governor and the Democrat-led legislature cannot agree on how to eff the citizens properly. "Gee, how should we raise taxes to pay for our 10% increase in spending? Can't find a solution? No problem. We will just shut down the government so that we lose millions of dollars in revenue every day until we get off out azzes and solve how to eff the citizens of NJ." NJ: you get what you deserve by electing these yahoos.

Philly is passing a smoking ban. The problem is that there are so many exceptions that it really does nothing. The stuff it does do will have a dramatic effect on businesses staying open during football season. Dumbazzes.

Overall, it was a nice service. I think you would have liked it.

It was "feel good" legislation. It accomplishes nothing except to make people feel better so they can say that they are "addressing the problem." Its good come re-election time, which is all that really matters.

If the current laws are not being enforced, what good will it do to make additional laws? Gun laws do not go after the root cause of the problem, so it is nothing more than a Band-Aid for the issue. Just look at the "assault weapons" ban. The advocates of lower magazine size and reduction in the sales of "assault weapons" claimed that this law was needed because of: 1) The number of people killed per incident 2) This was the "weapon of choice" for the criminals 3) Blah...blah...blah After it was put in place, statistics showed no difference in the areas used to sell the ban.

The quickest way to shut up those people is to ask them a simple question: If the criminals are not obeying the laws now, how is making more laws going to stop the criminals? They are already ignoring the laws. They usually do not have an answer for that and start resorting to guilt-trips. "Think of the children."
