Ya they pretty much need to go 9-2 in their remaining games to make the playoffs. Possible as they have a soft schedule and they will be getting a lot of guys back, but got a huge uphill battle

I think so but it sounds like it's going to be a lot longer than just a few weeks for sanders. McDermott said he's not sure if it's season ending or not for sanders, which isn't a great sign

No disagreement about the 2nd part. But it's just so hard to sustain the offence they had last year. They barely turned the ball over and I think Josh Allen had the least amount of negative plays in nfl history last year for a QB. It's just an extremely tough formula to replicate, and the game against New England was a good reminder of that

For McDermott I would only keep him if he made these 2 changes: 1. Fire Babich and hire an outside DC to run a different scheme than Mcdermotts 2. Let Josh cook and invest in WRs- I think this is the offence McDermott wants- Clock control/running the ball, being efficient and minimizing mistakes. The ceiling just isn't high enough with the philosophy now and its holding back the best player in the game.

Ya this season I've really started to wonder about Joe Brady as It is just way too predictable and vanilla IMO. Almost to arrogant to a fault- Like it's basically : "This is our offence and this is what we are going to do, good luck stopping it". At some point you need to have more scheme wins and have the other DC guessing more

He wanted to get the ball back, but ya it was very poor usage of time outs IMO. Pats didn't seem like they were in any hurry to score, and all the timeouts did was give them more opportunities

I've been hoping this for a while, but it's not gonna happen I don't think. McDermott wants this. Clock control offence to protect the defence at all costs

1. I actually thought Josh played pretty well. He had some bad moments including the INt, but hard to dominate when there's nothing on the ground and WRs can't get open 2. Joe Brady was awful- Little better the 2nd half, but what the hell was that first half play calling? 3. Bills defence is still a problem. I actually pin most of this loss on the offence, but this defence just doesn't have it. Poor play calling, slow corners and inconsistent pass rushers 4. Penalties- Some bad calls by the refs, some undisciplined plays by the bills. It's been a problem back to back weeks All in all- This team hasn't been good the first 5 weeks. Josh bailed them out the first game, and we had a soft schedule the last few games. Its time to start playing better in a hurry

They've been exposed the first 4 games also. People who just looked at their 4-0 record and pointed to 30 plus points per game, just didn't want to believe there were massive flaws in this team

It was hard for me to really criticize him as the bills kept getting 30 plus points, but he's getting extremely frustrating and predictable . Collingsworth stated that if the bills are in shot gun they throw it 70% of the time. If they are under the gun, they run it throw it 70% of the time. Ummm might want to change that up and stop being so predictable?..

Had one bad pass tonight IMO. Besides that he played a good game. Hard to dominate when he is the leading rusher and your WRs can't get open

Yep. What a backwards approach. 1. we like to play bend but don't break defence when Josh Allen is our QB which keeps him on the sideline 2. we play offence like we have Alex smith at QB cause we want to protect our defence. I'll never understand the massive offensive change we made from the 13 seconds game where we wanna play clock control offence and put all our assets on defence

This team has been bad for 5 games. Thank you Josh for the 4th Q against Baltimore and thank you for a soft schedule
