100 percent agree. Bell- 2nd round pick, McCoy 2nd, Kamara 3rd, Hunt 3rd, David Johnson, 3rd. Those are good/elite level running backs that were picked past the 1st round. Others that were picked mid/late: Chris Carson, Mack, Conner, Freeman, Lindsay and Breida undrafted No way I pick a RB in the top 10, I don't care how good he is.

I think a speed RB in the 3rd/4th round in the draft will be vital for next year. Hopefully they can find that James white/Alvin Kamara type of player

Best RB in the league? No way he is better than Gurley, Zeke, Bell (If he was 2017 Bell), and I would even add in Gordon, Hunt, and Barkley ahead of him. Plus even more. Fournette was literally averaging like 3 yards a carry or something the 2 previous games before this one.

I put it as a question cause I thought it was pretty reasonable. I think a lot of people would say Darnold before the season started. While Allen IMO has out played Darnold So far, Darnold has also had some great games and Allen has had some bad ones. Also it’s way too early. Calling a QB a bust after 7-8 games sounds pretty crazy. See Jared Goff, Trubisky from recent memory

To me I do think he has lost a half a step. Hasn’t lost it all yet. But he does look a tad slower IMO

Ya Mayfield definitely has a way better supporting cast. Landry, Chubb, Njuko, Calloway. They got some descent players for sure I see what you’re saying. But A rod is what, 35 now and is declining. I know he has like 20 TDS to 1 INT, but he’s got a lot of mileage and his mobility has dropped tremendously which has resulted in a ton of throw a ways. If this is A rod at 32 and in his prime, then ya it’s a slam dunk and shouldn’t even be a question.

It’s an interesting question. If Allen turns out to be Big Ben, there’s no way I trade 15 years of that for a few years of A rod. And cheaper salary for at least the next 4 years. Now of course the big question is can Allen be Big Ben/Newton good.

Completed 2 3rd and longs that got called back on penalties, and should at least had 2 or 3 more completions as he threw perfect strikes and they resulted in drops.
