The talent on the offence blows. No disagreement there. He is definitely not the whole problem, but I do believe he is a part of the problem. I was literally guessing what plays he was going to run last week before the snap and I got them right at about a 75/80 percent clip. That’s how predictable he is. If I can figure it out, defensive coordinators and players can surely figure it out.

Well he is the leader of the 32nd ranked offence in the NFL, which is also historically bad. We can start with that.. There are many things I don’t like about Daboll. Like his predictable play calling, obsession with go routes, etc. I just don’t think it’s necessary to call out posters when they have an opinion on something they don’t like. You’ve done it to me multiple times and I find it very obnoxious. We are FANS here that have different occupations to these coaches/players that make millions of dollars. We should be allowed to comment on something without getting called out by another poster asking for a detailed explanation of the Xs and Os on how to fix the problem. Give Gruden some time before writing him off. He’s got 5 first rounders the next 2 years. If he can hit on some of those, the raiders will be just fine. I also think he finds Carr’s replacement soon enough

I said his path is very similar to Manziels in terms of ripping up college, having off the field issues, having no success in the NFL, and then getting cut for off the field issues. If you don’t see those similarities, I don’t know what to tell you
