    Barry for current hall of famers. Honorable mention to Walter Jones. One of the best left tackles to play the game but in his twelve year career they had 3-4 good seasons. They did make it to one Super Bowl though. Future hall of fame players: Joe Thomas or Calvin Johnson.

    Williams is young himself. I think the staff is high on Williams and it allowed us to let TD Mike walk. Tate is blue as he looked great on teams and serviceable as backup receiver. Would also put Colt Anderson in blue for his value on special teams as well, unless some other guys really show him up.

    OK late to the thread, but this seems like a great hire. Is this a promotion for the guy? Seems like he was fairly high up in Houston too but I haven't seen exactly what his job was.

    Agreed. Plus, good players will play well in almost any system, especially if the coach knows what to do with them. Rex misused a lot of his talent (such as Dareus, who still did his job well in 2014 despite playing a position that essentially minimizes his talents), we have to hope McDermott knows what do with his.

    All of the top receivers went ahead of us and LT is not a need. We have a QB who can play this year and there was no surefire guy this year and yet a team was willing to pay a premium to move up and take one. What if we package both of our 1sts next year to move up and grab a QB? Would the trade down be lousy?

    That was a good one and a good parallel. It was definitely nice not to have Fitz best us en route to a playoff berth.

    Henderson is likely not going to make it and Kujo can't play on the right side. Dawkins has a chance to take the starting RT job but worst case will move into Richie's spot in a year or two. It's definitely a fluid situation.
