What if the Democrats win the WH , Senate , keep the House and pack the SC . Whatever law they pass the SC could say it is Constitutional. That is why I hate partisan politics it could get to that point.

Once the nuclear option was passed to go from 60 votes to confirm a SC Justice to a simple majority all heck will continue to break loose .

After Supreme Court Justice Lewis Powell announced his impending retirement, Reagan nominated Bork to the Supreme Court in 1987, precipitating a contested Senate debate. Opposition to Bork centered on his stated desire to roll back the civil rights decisions of the Warren and Burger courts and his role in the Saturday Night Massacre. His nomination was defeated in the Senate, with 58 of the 100 Senators opposing his nomination. That Supreme Court vacancy was eventually filled by another Reagan nominee, Anthony Kennedy. David Hackett Souter (/ˈsuːtər/ SOO-tər; born September 17, 1939) is a retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. He served from October 1990 to his retirement in June 2009.[2] Appointed by US President George H. W. Bush to fill the seat that had been vacated by William J. Brennan Jr., Souter sat on both the Rehnquist and the Roberts Courts. A Supreme Court Justice should be bipartisan 60 vote to avoid extremists

Titans broke protocols, gathered for a workout last week OCTOBER 07, 2020 12:35 PM NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A group of Titans worked out at Montgomery Bell Academy on Sept. 30 despite an NFL directive not to hold such get-togethers while team headquarters was closed because of a COVID-19 outbreak, according to sources who saw players there. A league source said that once the Titans building was closed down on Sept. 29, the franchise was told there were to be “no in-person meetings, workouts or activities at the facility or elsewhere.” Another source said he saw Ryan Tannehill there. https://www.paulkuharsky.com/news/titans-broke-protocols-gathered-for-a-workout-last-week -

Reasons why I should vote for Biden.....

Goldman Sachs: A Democratic sweep would mean faster economic recovery New York (CNN Business)President Donald Trump is once again warning voters that Democrats would "shut our economy and jobs down" if they win in November. Goldman Sachs is telling its clients the exact opposite. Just hours after Trump's all-caps Monday morning tweet predicting economic disaster, Goldman economists pointed out that polls "suggest a 'blue wave' in which Democrats gain unified control of Washington is becoming more likely" -- and they're not suggesting investors dump stocks. In fact, "all else equal, such a blue wave would likely prompt us to upgrade our forecasts," Goldman Sachs chief economist Jan Hatzius wrote in a Monday report. It's true that if Democrats sweep into power early next year, it would likely translate to higher taxes and regulation. Such a reversal from the Trump agenda could eat into corporate profits and the earnings for affluent families. But Joe Biden is also promising a bonanza of government spending that, coupled with extremely low interest rates, would likely speed up the economy. https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/06/business/economy-election-blue-wave-goldman-sachs/index.html Fed chair warns of economic tragedy if America can't control the coronavirus https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/06/economy/fed-powell-coronavirus-stimulus/index.html I was wondering why the stock market is still so high I'm still writing in John Kasich 🙂 -

Flight of Boeing E-6B Mercurys amid Trump's coronavirus announcement 'purely coincidental': Strategic Command The E-6B is used by the government to convey instructions to the fleet of ballistic submarines the U.S. has in waters around the world. The vessels can deploy nuclear-tipped Trident submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs). The planes are part of Operation Looking Glass – known today as Airborne Command Post (ABNCP) – and are used to provide command and control of U.S. nuclear forces if any ground-based command centers are either destroyed or inoperable. There was speculation the airborne command posts were deployed as a warning to any of America’s enemies after news broke of Trump’s positive test for the novel coronavirus. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trumps-positive-coronavirus-test-prompts-pentagon-to-deploy-nuclear-command-plane

The Democrats would need a majority in the House , Senate and have the WH in the election or future to pack the court. If they had that majority no need to pack the court if they stay within the Constitution . They need to get back to 60 votes that means bipartisan legislation. -
Chris Wallace blames Trump for chaotic debate: He 'bears the primary responsibility' "I had baked this beautiful, delicious cake and then frankly the President put his foot in it," Wallace said. "That was frustrating," Wallace added. "It was frustrating for me because I tried hard to prepare for a serious debate, much more frustrating and more importantly for the American people because they didn't get the debate they wanted that they deserved." https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/01/media/chris-wallace-trump-biden-debate/index.html

BLACK AMERICANS NOW ACCOUNT FOR THE HIGHEST INCREASE IN GUN SALES OF ANY DEMOGRAPHIC August 7, 2020 “The highest overall firearm sales increase comes from Black men and women, who show a 58.2% increase in purchases during the first six months of 2020 versus the same period last year,” wrote Jim Curcuruto, National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) director of Research and Market Development, in his report according to AOL News. “Bottom line is that there has never been a sustained surge in firearm sales quite like what we are in the midst of.” Overall, gun sales have been surging across the United States.
