    Focus on coaching up EJ full time for 1 year then play him in 2014 season. He's not ready now but has the potential to be a franchise qb if given time to develop. Kolb and TJax will take a lot of hits with a new play book and new receivers , OL changed.

    I think there should be a fair salary cap for veterans at each position. Greed can get out of control to fast. $20 million + for a good qb takes a big bite out of the salary cap to pay other players on the team.
