    As long as you stay within the salary cap, you don't have to trade anyone. Can you do that ? If you can't afford a salary like Levitre you let him walk away instead of trade him before contract is up?

    Mario ate a big piece of the salary cap pie, you can't pay everyone like that. I would want to keep Byrd and Levitre. Byrd will make $6.9 million next season, how much can we pay him long term ?

    The franchise 1 year tag for Byrd is $6.9 million. Could we get a 1st rd safety for less then $1 million under the new pay scale for rookies? Byrd was a 2nd rd, 42nd pick.

    Byrd would be very valuable to a team close to a super bowl. The bills are rebuilding and I would trade him if a team made me a offer I could not refuse. Top draft picks now have a lower pay scale. Mario's pay took out Levitre and Byrd, what can I say . The salary cap limits us.

    If Byrd won't sign a long term fair contract now, the bills need to trade him before he walks after next season.

    That would be the best trade the Jets ever made. I can't imagine Tampa doing that.

    The bills should re-sign good players 1 year before there contract expires. If the price is too high trade them at least for a draft pick.

    Millner would be a bargain at #8 with the new pay scale. Revis wants Mario money coming off a ACL. I don't like Tampa's coach, so I hope they over for pay Revis

    Fitz is durable at $3.25 million for TN, Kolb is fragile at twice the price here, comparable potential.. Which team will make out better?

    Kolb is welcome to go on IR somewhere else. Tjax is fine till we have a new qb ready. We don't have to waste big money while rebuilding. EJ 1st pick, if he doesn't work out , another 1st rd pick till we guess right.

    You can never have too good a OL, that will take a team to the playoffs Time for qb to throw and holes for rb ! Glenn has LT, if we take Lane Johnson, it could be at G .If he is that good he could change.
