    If they won't negotiate a new contract just trade them while you can.

    We should extend contracts of good players 1 year before they become free agents. If we can't reach a fair deal, trade them for a draft pick at the least. We let too many good players walk.

    If Pettine can get Mario to the level of Bruce Smith and Reggie White he would be worth it or restructure after next year.

    If we had a good defence and OL, a fair qb could do it. We have a long way to go at this point.

    If less then $1 million and no draft pick why not? He would do ok in Canada, but with the option here , who knows, as long as he can take a hit.

    Fitz will be a ok back up, time to move on. FO made a mistake with his big contract, maybe Mario also, we'll wait and see.

    Take OT with 8th pick, we over paid Mario, there are consequences like the Flacco contract. I would have matched the $7.8 million a year for Levitre but now we have to use a high draft pick to replace him. " OL is critical " a great qb will get hurt without one. Why didn't they trade Levitre if they wouldn't pay him big money???

    We can keep a ironman (Levitre) or a china doll (Wood, who is great when not injured)

    If we let Levitre walk, our qb will be staring at the sky and Spiller will be a prime target. Too many injuries to fill rest of line.

    I can't believe Buddy is that inept to let Levitre go and keep Fitz, not possible.

    I still like a OT at 8, looks better for us with Jarvis moving up. Pettine will have a strong say with FA's to get his style defence.

    I would like to see Roosevelt back, great attitude and work ethic. He could learn from Stevie who has the best attitude of any bill ( but could learn better off season workout)

    Levitre's position is critical like Byrd. So at least $7 milion a year min, restructure Fitz with incentives. Mario at $16 million is too much, compared to draft possible.

    Our last OL coach did a unreal job covering for injuries, we need Levitre and at least 1 more good new OL player. Run and stop the run (especially bad weather)

    Would be a solid pick for dominate OL that could give qb time and rb openings. Lane Johnson is another OT worth taking.

    I trust Pettine to spot good defensive players for his system. So far so good.
