Adam Gase Tired of Dolphins' "Garbage" Offense
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Added Gase: "I'm upset about the way our offense played. I'm just tired of watching it for two years. Just garbage. So, we're going to figure something out." Shhh your going to hurt Tannehill's feelings -
'Apocalyptic' devastation in Puerto Rico, and little help in sight Gov. Ricardo Rosselló said the nation faces a humanitarian crisis. He urged Congress to approve a commensurate aid package as the US commonwealth, already hammered by a prolonged economic crisis, tries to get back on its feet. The governor joined others in emphasizing that Puerto Rico's residents are American citizens. "We need something tangible, a bill that actually answers to our need right now," he said. "Otherwise, there will be ... a massive exodus to the (mainland) United States." http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/25/us/hurricane-maria-puerto-rico/index.html

Kaepernick and the National Anthem
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
absolutely , Rangers lead the way Villanueva’s career in the NFL didn’t begin until 2014. Prior to that, he served three tours of duty in Afghanistan, where he served as a Captain in the army, as well as being an army ranger. -

Another good story When Buffalo (UB) Declined the 1958 Tangerine Bowl to Protest Racism But not long after the Bulls agreed to play, Tangerine Bowl officials informed Buffalo that the local school district, which operated the host stadium in Orlando, Fla., banned integrated games. The players were left to decide whether to play without Evans and Mike Wilson — the two African-Americans on the team. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/16/sports/ncaafootball/16buffalo.html?mcubz=1

Are we ramping up to war with North Korea?
ALF replied to dpberr's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
North Korea has shot down a US plane in the past - and they could do it again The threat, which followed a North Korean propaganda video that showed US aircraft being blown up, recalled an incident in 1969 when North Korean fighters shot down a US surveillance aircraft in international airspace in 1969, killing the 31 crew aboard. Two North Korean Air Force Mig-21s attacked an unarmed and unescorted US Navy Lockheed EC-121M reconnaissance aircraft around 90 nautical miles off the coast of North Korea. The US military staged a show of force in the Sea of Japan, including resuming reconnaissance flights, but the administration of President Richard Nixon took no offensive action against North Korea. Fifteen months earlier, North Korean patrol ships also attacked and boarded the USS Pueblo as it operated 1 nautical mile outside the 12-nautical-mile boundary for territorial waters. One of the 83 crew was killed and the others spent more than a year in captivity before being released. https://www.yahoo.com/news/north-korea-shot-down-us-042719671.html -
Taylor deserves a lot of credit for not getting discouraged after the Carolina game and Shady having a hard time behind this OL.

NASA wants to prevent the Yellowstone super volcano from destroying the US Instead, vast quantities of searing magma and clouds of fumes would slowly crawl across the landscape — burying much of the United States under a thick coat of ash and lava. In the case of Yellowstone, it’s enough to change the climate of the world for several centuries. The answer: find a way to cool the magma down. Such a project could cost in excess of $3.5 billion. But it’s nothing like the reconstruction cost of digging two thirds of the continental United States out from under mountains of volcanic ash. http://www.foxnews.com/science/2017/08/28/nasa-wants-to-prevent-yellowstone-super-volcano-from-destroying-us.html

I watched the game but I still can't believe it. Denver who held a very good Dallas offence to 17 pts. Great win to say the very least without Glenn and Dareus.

Emergency Team Meeting - Regarding Trump comments?
ALF replied to boater's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Many players from the Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguars knelt during the national anthem at the start of their game in London, continuing a form of protest Trump has spent the past three days condemning. Adding another blow to Trump, all of the players stood up for a later performance of "God Save the Queen." http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jaguars-ravens-players-kneel-national-anthem-article-1.3517618 -
I wish St Doug and Schwartz would have stayed here . He did not get along with Whaley who wanted EJ to start not Orton.

After/during game will Peterman come in and replace Taylor?
ALF replied to Paulus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Peterman could be ready to start in 2018 that would be great. Give the drafted QB in 2018 time to learn. -

Are we ramping up to war with North Korea?

Earthquake detected in North Korea, reports conflict on scale and nature A Chinese monitoring agency said the quake was actually stronger – at magnitude 3.4 – and that it was like caused by an explosion, Japan’s Kyoto News reported. The quake occurred in the area where North Korea recently conducted a nuclear test, the South Korean agency reported. http://www.foxnews.com/world/2017/09/23/north-korea-earthquake-not-from-weapons-test-report.html -
PFF: Bills are 31st for time for Taylor to throw.
ALF replied to JM2009's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Next Gen stats for QBs https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/stats/passing#average-time-to-throw 2.86 sec for Taylor -
The latest analysis, from the nonpartisan Brookings Institution, finds that Cassidy-Graham would reduce the number of Americans with insurance by about 21 million through 2026. But after that, another 11 million would lose coverage, for a total of 32 million additional uninsured. Why? Because the bill includes some funding for people no longer covered under the Affordable Care Act through 2026, but no funding at all after that. Meanwhile, it would impose new limits on the maximum amount states can spend on Medicaid, the health program from the poor. That would cut enrollment in Medicaid over the long run, despite population growth. https://www.aol.com/article/finance/2017/09/22/the-fatal-flaw-in-the-new-obamacare-repeal-bill/23219757/

McDermott: Not Enough Separation from the Bills' WRs
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
By Conor Orr Around The NFL Writer After watching both Bills games this season, I've come away thinking that Matthews is a more practical fit for the improvisational Taylor, as are the rest of Buffalo's remaining receivers. When he becomes engrained in this offense, it will start to diversify. While the run game is their absolute strength, it becomes a detriment when the team is consistently plowing into a brick wall of eight or nine defenders on every play. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000849157/article/jordan-matthews-give-bills-passing-game-some-time
