  1. I have to agree, this staff with it's very limited experience is really a head shaker and doesn't give much hope for the immediate future at One Bills Drive, but then the selection of Head Coach really didn't either. I agree, the Bills could have hired Rich Kotite, and when Sullivan said it was a bad hire, people on here would slam him for saying so. Kool Aid drinking is rampant around here.
  2. I agree, use Moats instead of paying big money to an oft injured, even more often fined over the hill idiot.
  3. I too think that would be a good pick, but my gut feeling is like others, Buddy is feeling the heat for a QB and they might just take the Syracuse QB, Nassib about 30 spots higher then he is projected.
  4. I might get aroused if they signed Flacco, but he isn't going anywhere. Strongest arm in the NFL. Five years in the league, five years in the playoffs, and at least one post season win in every season. Not bad.
  5. Can probably already throw the football farther then her dad can. He doesn't over throw too many things, they are normally well underthrown. So with that said, I hope his wife or none of his kids are in between him and the diaper basket.
  6. Some people don't want to do any research, it might prevent them from bringing race into every conversation possible to man?
  7. Kinda hoping they stay 4-3. 3 years ago they attempted to go 3-4, got rid of personnel that didn't fit, drafted for that defense and it bombed. 1 year ago they switched back, changed some personnel again for the 4-3, and invested heavily in the personnel for the D-Line. The biggest reason besided the money that Mario isn't still in Houston was because he wasn't a fit for the 3-4 linebacker, and didn't want to play it. Not bad if they show some 3-4 on occasion but they need to stay with their base defense being the 4-3.
  8. Still shaking their heads in shock on who the Bills hired maybe? Maybe never heard of him/them?
  9. Calvin Johnson & Aaron Rodgers. Discount Double Check! That would be amazing, unless Fitz was still the QB then it wouldn't change much from what we already have.
  10. Fitz sucks. Water is Wet. Fire is Hot. Dogs Bark. Tell us something that isn't so obvious. It will be an embarrassment to Bills fans everywhere if Fitz is starting at QB on opening day next season. And we are all Tards?
  11. Stats are for losers. You don't need stats, watch the freaking game, you will know how overrated Fitz's stats really are. When it is crunch time he chokes, almost every single time. He could go compete in the Punt, Pass and Kick contest with 12 year olds now and still not win the passing portion of it. He is a great guy, terrible quarterback, needs to go. Same goes with Alex Smith, his stats aren't great, but watch him play, he isn't Tom Brady but it isn't hard to have more confidence in him then in Fitz. Totally agree. Gailey's insistence on keeping him as the Quarterback cost him his job. Should have cost Nix his too for not getting a QB in here sooner.
  12. That really is all that matters, bottom line. I like Chandler, but anyone that would take him over the Colts' two rookie TE's is smoking some crazy shiit. Their offense was much better then ours, and the amazing thing is, almost anywhere you look at their offense, other then some of the WR's you find rookies. They are proof that you don't have to suck for a decade and a half before you start winning again, they were the worst team in the NFL last season. Big difference, that is a well run organization, ours hasn't been and still isn't. When your run defense is ranked as bad as ours is, your pass defense is bound to be ranked a little higher then they are actually ranked when it comes to on field play. When you can run all day, no need to pass as much. I believe they said during the game last weekend that there are 25 different players then last season, so you can't really compare 2012 to 2011 when it comes to their roster. Difference is, they obviously have a GM with a clue, and we aren't so fortunate.
  13. I didn't say not top 10, the post said they would start on any other team, simply isn't even close to being true. Spiller wouldn't start in Baltimore, Houston, Seattle and it would be a toss up in Kansas City, Washington and a couple others. Heck, until Fred got injured he didn't even start here.
  14. Don't forget Greg Williams had McGahee also.
  15. It guarantees we don't have to watch him attempt to impersonate a NFL quarterback.
  16. A bit of advise, don't waste too much of your time thinking about that one. Kinda like putting the horse before the carriage.
  17. Sorry but you are dreaming. Are those players bad, no, but start on any other team? Cordy Glenn has potential, but probably isn't more then 2 or 3 teams he would start on at left tackle. Chandler isn't going to start in Dallas, New England, Atlanta and several others. Probably only 1 or 2 other teams that Stevie Johnson starts on as a #1 receiver, if that. Spiller doesn't even start on probably half of the teams in the league. If all these players would start on any of the 31 teams, we not only would have a boat load of Pro Bowlers, we still would be playing in the playoffs, not losing double digit games every season.
  18. Not sure I can take another season of Fitz's terrible play. With him the offense will never be effective, it is too easy to defend against when there is no down field threat, because he can't throw downfield. I would rather sit through a terrible season from a rookie (at least it is experience) then another season of Fitz's crap. Every season Fitz plays, it extends the time that we finally have a franchise quarterback who is ready to roll.
  19. 1. Starting over-AGAIN! 2. Nixed with bad luck. 3. If Syracuse isn't Bills area now, it never will be! 4. 3 and out-on the field and in the coaches office!
  20. Loaded might be a little too strong of a word. I think they might be well stocked with players with potential that haven't yet become top talent, but haven't become total disappontments yet either. Some examples are Gilmore-had some good plays, plenty bad plays, he was a rookie, but nothing says he is going to be a shut down corner yet. Cordy Glenn, looked really good the beginning of the season, not so great towards the end, jury is still out on him, at one of the most important positions on the team. Eric Wood, plays really well when he plays, can't stay healthy. Not saying they have no talent, but not alot of guaranteed stars or top 10 players at their positions. Spiller, Byrd (if he resigns), Levitre (if he resigns), Mario (fingers crossed), Kyle Williams (when he is on), may be the only dependable players that I would rank in top 10 at their positions. If Stevie Johnson was a #2 I would rank him in the top 10, not as a #1 receiver.
  21. Ralph supposedly gave up control of the organization, he hasn't died. My guess is these two won't go up there, especially Saban until Ralph does pass. Kinda agree on Cookie, he was only here 3 years, a great 3 years, but still only 3 years. Should James Lofton go up? He was here 4 years and the Bills went to 3 Super Bowls during those years.
  22. Actually the Rams and Cardinals abstained from voting also. Interesting is, Ralph was probably Modell's best friend in the NFL, and the only reason Ralph voted against him was Modell didn't give Cleveland the opportunity to match Baltimore's offer. The NFL knew a team would be back in Cleveland, but Modell couldn't get a stadium and the NFL used the city of Cleveland knowing that if it was part of getting a team back, a new stadium would be built.
  23. I believe it was the playoff game against Jacksonville that ended being Jim Kelly's last game. I traveled up from Virginia for the game and saw the Dog Pound guys in the parking lot. I saw that A Football Life on the '95 Browns a week or so ago, really great piece. That team was just coming into it's own and was a favorite for the Super Bowl. When Modell made the announcement that team fell apart. Never really blamed Modell myself though, that city built new stadiums for every Pro Team as well as the R&R HOF, but the Browns stadium was a roach infested Shiiithole.
  24. I haven't seen too much of him, he is accurate and his stats are great, but you are correct, that Bama O-Line is one of the best you will see at that level. He sure looks good though, and his girlfriend looked even better.
  25. Did he actually call the plays at Syracuse? Just asking because he didn't in New Orleans when he was the OC and he said he wasn't going to be calling them here. As long as it isn't Redneck, who cares?
