  1. Helu wasn't looking to bad when we drafted. That was a few weeks ago. The pickings were very slim Assufelloff .Not looking good now. Royster is gone now so I can't get him. One guy who's stock is rising is Kevin Smith. Not great but it's starting to look like he's the starter in Detroit. Also hoping for adequate numbers from Donald Brown. I know my rb's are thin. When I was drafting I just couldn't bring myself to draft CJ2K in the first round. I got so burned on him last season. The next best player on the board was Fitz.. So, im pretty loaded at the receiver spot. I'm hoping that can make up for rb deficiencies until some one emerges that I can pick up as the season moves along. I think Freddie will be good as well which should help.
  2. I like Rotoworld.com http://www.rotoworld.com/sports/nfl/football
  3. I couldn't resist Roddy in the 2nd round. I'm hoping I can pick up an emerging rb along the line. Big pressure on Jackson to stay healthy that's for sure and I'm kinda counting on Brown to have a good season.
  4. Opening day sometimes we go to a good sports bar called "The Stadium Pub". They have a tv for every game and always Bills fans there. All the other games on Sunday Ticket being that I'm on the west coast.
  5. Not like I had a say. Commissioners call. I think everyone is so busy that is was the only weekend where we all could get together.
  6. I saw the preview last weekend at the movies and it couldn't end soon enough. Looks like it has the potential to garner lots of razies
  7. Get well soon Jason. For the sake of my fantasy team.
  8. In fantasy there is no way I get rid of Brady. Only time it's difficult is when they play the Bills. Your just going to have to deal on those occasions. That said you absolutely must keep Brady. Only way he doesn't have a fantastic season is if he gets hurt.
  9. 375 views and no comment???
  10. I would love to be in a position right now to hire a couple more people. It means we have more work than we can handle.
  11. Trickle down to me means when someone opens or expands their operation for example, several people that work benefit. Tradesmen that help build a new building or workers that make new equipment. People that have to be hired to make the business work. To me this is trickle down. Now what liberals don't like is that the guy at the top funding this expansion just might make even more money. Barry's "sharing in the prosperity" entails him taxing the **** out of that guy and even taxing the tradesmen and employees more to "share" aka redistribute wealth to the takers and parasites. Now it this isn't socialsim what is it? Marxism? Whatever ism it is doesn't matter. It still sucks and retards progress, innovation and society as a whole.

  13. Have to keep in mind that this is a 14 team league. No flex and it's a ppr. Also, in our league you get a keeper from the previous season. Anyone still on your roster at the end of the season you drafted after the 6th round you can keep. Only one though. But this did thin the talent some. TE Grahm, Qb's Cutler, Stafford were off the board. For me, I ended up keeping the SD defense that's how bad my choices were. Qutie a let down from last year when I was able to keep Arian Foster. Anyway I picked 8th and the draft didn't go anywhere near how I had planned or hoped. I thought for sure I was going to get a shot at one of the big 3 qbs (Brees, Rogers or Brady). Didn't work out that way. So even as lean as the rbs are I ended up taking receivers with first two picks 1) Fitzgerald 2) Roddy White 3) Fred Jackson 4) Tony Romo 5) Roy Helu 6) Donald Brown 7) Torrey Smith 8) Andy Dalton 9) Kyle Rudolph TE Minn 10)Dan Bailey K Dallas 11)Bills D 12) Scott Chandler Then we can have 2 X players we draft at the end. They can be any position. So I took Kevin Smith and Rashad Jennings.
  14. How many teams and is it a ppr? I like the look of them though. I love Cruz and Johnson. I also like Peyton in Denver with Demaryius.
  15. If he is able to continue his centralized government power, left wing socialist agenda for another term, the results will be painful, and a complete failure. Then, just maybe enough people will grow some common sense and forget the marxist ideology.
  16. Without a second thought. A step further how fun would a conservative sandwich be with Sarah and Michelle Fields as the bread? https://www.google.com/search?q=michelle+fields+is+hot&hl=en&rlz=1G1ASUT_ENUS418&prmd=imvnso&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=d7IiUP-BC6mqyAGe0ICAAQ&ved=0CF8QsAQ&biw=1366&bih=643#hl=en&rlz=1G1ASUT_ENUS418&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=michelle+fields+&oq=michelle+fields+&gs_l=img.3..0l2j0i24l8.19719.20878.0.24014.6.6.0.0.0.0.90.506.6.6.0...0.0...1c.iaYRg5wmSHk&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.&fp=e813639e05e0e548&biw=1366&bih=643
  17. You never disappoint. Very clever
  18. I think what gets me moderately excited is that when people actually get to vote on left vs right issues, it seems the conservative point of view wins. Cruz, Scott Walker(in a Obama state) and of course the 2010 elections. Now where there is corruption and a stacked deck, like the Supreme Court, left wing tyranny wins the day. Much like how Obamacare was crammed through. I know there isn't a lot of data in but I like the way its going as far as the people go.
  19. Apparently not. As much as media and the good old boy repubs (that like their cushy status and don't want to rock the boat), want to marginalize the Tea Party, they seem to be getting stronger. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2012/08/01/tea_party-backed_cruz_wins_texas_gop_senate_race_114965.html
  20. No. Anyone that would do what she did is a pos. She deserves the equivalent of what she did to her ex. That would be a some sort of gang related violation of her personal space.
  21. It doesn't matter if it's true. This is how propaganda works I guess. Just plant the seed and leave a impression, even if it's totally untrue. It's not like anyone else in the mainstream media calls them on it. Why not just throw up there as much garbage as you can to influence the weak minded clones.
  22. I know, I know. She's a conservative right wing dumb broad. Of course she is. But even the left wing government controlled NPR reports the the FBI is investigating Islamic infiltration of our own military. Maybe she knows a bit more than given credit for. http://www.montereyherald.com/opinion/ci_21169835/cal-thomas-investigationg-link-between-islamic-terror-u
  23. CruzToVictory Picked up Victor Cruz of the wire early in the season and it worked out well.
  24. Doesn't "outsourcing" kinda cut both ways? Let's say we said tot the rest of the world that we were no longer investing or building overseas. Couldn't they just pull all their manufacturing out of here? I believe the biggest outsource r of jobs is the state and federal governments scaring companies out of here.
  25. As always, Cali is on the cutting edge of taxation ideas. http://www.mercurynews.com/breaking-news/ci_21112190/officials-float-san-francisco-bay-area-mileage-tax
