Interesting you ask buddy. I haven't paid much attention to RR since he went to the NFL. Royal was never really a big time reciever at LSU, but he was an excellent blocker. He won't light up the scoreboard, but he will do alot of little things, that will make our RB's job alot easier.

How are his coverage skills? He's a decent tackler for a DB, but he's still no Antoine Winfield.

He's not the brightest color in the box for sure. Also the first time he throws a pick, then smile and blame his reciever, all of Buffalo will be ready to hang him.

I wouldn't concider being the QB coach at West Texas A&M as being "back".

I think Les did a nice job at sealing the state border and getting all the top talent in state to LSU, while still stealing a few blue chippers from surrounding states. If we can do that every year we will be a constant top 10 team.

Another solid class for Les Miles. Our D-line will be solid for years with the addition of Deas and Al Woods to go along with blue chip DE's Ricky Jean Francois and Al Jones from last years class. Still awaiting word on Keiland Williams who would be the icing on the cake if he followed through on his commitment and signed with us.

You sound like me with LSU players. It sucks being a fan of one NFL team when you are a dedicated CFB fan also. It's tough to see Kevin Faulk in a Patriots uniform.

Not sure about the others, but Laron Landry is returning for his senior year at LSU.

At an old job I got suspended a week for getting busted by logging on here from an office computer. I didn't know they kept track of the usage on that computer. My current job doesn't have computers around, and if they did, I wouldn't have time to log on anyways. I work in a shipyard.

I agree, the recruiting class is shaping up nicely. Les Miles hasn't missed a beat since taking over, i'm impressed so far. I can't wait to see Keiland Williams, I hear he has the potential to leave a big mark at LSU. I just figure with all that we lost this year, and with the semi QB controversy since Flynn played like Tommy Hodson in the Peach Bowl. Plus our young talent will be great, but they are still just that, young. Don't get me wrong, If they would indeed come out preseason #1, I'd be thrilled.
