  1. If you like mediocre every year, then yes, keep the same average QB's we have.
  2. agreed. I notice a trend is that alot of people here think the #8 pick will fix the o-line. Hell, we had the #4 pick a couple years ago, we did draft a tackle, and it still didnt fix our oline problems. D'Brick WILL NOT fall to us, and any olineman after that is not worth reaching for at the #8 slot. It's pretty sad that some are willing to reach that high for Winston Justice or Marcus McNeil just because it's o-line help. If you have a top 10 pick, you take players that can make a difference on your team. IMO there are only a couple guys that can do that, Bush, Leinhart, Young, D'Brick, Williams, and Davis. We will have 9 more picks to go, 3 of which are on day one. If you look around the league, many solid o-lineman were drafted 2nd round or later. Let's not waste a top 10 pick on a reach on the oline if/when a difference maker is available.
  3. Nothing will change since that's what 90% of this board is made of anyways.
  4. I guess it all depends if you think QB is a pressing need or not. IMO, QB is our biggest need. You can have 5 probowl starting O-lineman with our QB's and we will still finish 6-10 at best. I don't know why some people just don't see QB as a problem, even though it's the most important position on the field.
  5. I've got no connections to the city of Buffalo or state of New York, so i'd follow them ONLY if they dropped the "Bills" for another name, because that just wouldn't make sense with any other city. What the hell would the logo be for the Los Angeles Bills? Surely it can't be a charging Buffalo anymore.
  6. To me, it's no question. Sure we have other needs, but Young is a rare talent. Who gives a crap what he scored on the wonderlic. He played against big time college football programs and just destroyed them, including USC, Michigan, OU, Ohio St., ect. I don't buy into the talk that he can't throw either. He has a very live arm and can make the throws. I don't know why his stock has dropped from possibly #1 overall to maybe even out of the top 10, but that's crazy. Especially to even think he could go after Jay Cutler, who is a JP clone.

  8. I think that scenerio would be the backbreaker on giving this new staff the benefit of the doubt. I like the idea of taking a QB if Young or Leinhart were available, but letting Young by and taking Cutler? Please!
  9. Not unless he's bringing Weiss with him.
  10. Do yourself a favor and go buy all the past seasons on DVD. Hours of entertainment.
  11. what the hell is wrong with you? j/k, congrats and goodluck man, you're gonna need it!
  12. not much of a TV watcher, but if I do, i'm looking for the sitcoms. Fraiser, Everybody Loves Raymond, Yes Dear, Drew Carey, ect. If i'm looking at a TV guide, the only shows i'd run and turn the TV on for is Family Guy and Yes Dear.
  13. If you ever come here, that would be one of the first things you would learn. Right now the only close competition between the schools is in baseball where Tulane is pretty damn good. Last offseason, Tulane and LSU signed a contract to play against each other for the next 10 years in football, and I definitely look forward to kicking their ass every year. I'd never allow a friggin Tulane fan in my house for sure.
  14. The rivalry goes back a long time ago. Tulane used to be in the SEC, and our hatred for each other is still there. In football, we play for the "Tiger Rag" which is a flag made up of LSU and Tulane colors. Notice how LSU colors are Purple and Yellow, while Tulane is Green. A long time ago, LSU and Tulane were to play each other, but they couldn't tell the two teams apart, so for uniforms, LSU went bought all of the purple and yellow material from local mardi gras shops, while tulane bought all the green.
  15. Wow, didn't know so many people here hated the Saints and want them to lose. I'd like to see them win a little now that they got rid of their punk QB. I'd say the Redskins.
  16. Thanks man, great game, not sure what happened to you guys in OT, we just dominated. Big Baby and T Tom are dominating.
  17. Even so, we still shouldn't be too concerned with his accuracy anyways because with his skills, it completely changes the way a defense must prepare for us. Michael Vick is really not that great of a passer either, but defensive coaches who are preparing to defend him are losing sleep that same week. VY can do that also.
  18. I wouldn't mind seeing VY in Buffalo. The only players in the top 10 offensive players that can make a defense gameplan around them are Bush, Young, and Davis. Young's arm is underrated, and he basically looked bored college because no one could catch him. I'd love the Bills to have a game changing QB like that. But we are talking about the Bills here.
  19. Not saying the guy should have done what he did, but it seems this was one of those little teenage punks who didnt respect his neighbors property, and probably mouthed off to him.
  20. Here's Molly, my 2 y/o lab... Molly the day we got her at 8 weeks Picture Molly a couple weeks later Picture Another Picture Most recent picture Picture That's actually an empty cup we had sitting on a table, she went grab it by the straw and sat down on the sofa. We thought it looked hilarious.
  21. I'm not getting sucked into any hype until I see results on the field. Nothing Levy is doing hasn't been done by past failures since he retired. Whenever we see results, then we can say this team is headed into the right direction.
  22. Asst. Manager at a local CVS.
  23. If we get Andrew Whitworth, we better get his head in the game because he really stunk it up last season.
