Say what you will, the payers respect Drew a ton more than JP. That is why the decision last year to just give the QB job without any competition to a guy who just is not ready (and may never be) did not sit well with a lot of players.

If I were Ralph, I would be pissed off big time. Ralph went out on the limb last week by saying that MM would remain the coach. MM was smiling from ear to ear. This week, all of a sudden, MM does not want to be the coach and apparently is leaking that he chose to leave because he did not like the new "front office structure" (i.e., he does not want to work with Marv). If MM did not want to be the HC, he should have said something last week. My guess is that he did it this way to make it apparent that he was the one that decided to part ways and that he did not get fired. Oh well, Ralph has an extra $3 million in his pocket to spend on (hopefully) a great head coach.

If Marv is going to help make the decision as to who the next HC is, I would not discount the fact that he has been working on the Bears' radio broadcasts. As a result, I presume that he must have some relationship with Ron Rivera. I have no idea whether Rivera would be a good or bad HC, but I would not be surprised to see him interview with the Bills.

I believe that was the day that we gave the QB job (without any competition whatsoever) to a guy who has shown he is not ready and may never be ready to be a quality NFL QB.

If the Bills are already talking to Mangini, there is no way that MM all of a sudden told ML and RW today that he is thinking about quiting for family reasons. There has to be something more to all of this.

That would be great. Apparently, the Jets are all ga ga over him, but BB has discouraged him to take the Jets job because of all of the problems they are having.

Attacking or bothering a coach's family is out of bounds and should not even be a joke -- no matter how good or bad the coach is. Bills fans have (should have) more class than that.
